Probably why people can't lose weight with Diet Coke, it clearly is a mouth cleaner so you go back for more flavor of whatever your eating... Drink, eat, drink water, and relax with your beverage Pro tip: always keep some water nearby when you're drinking Diet Cokes. And try not to chug right after eating—it just turns into sodium overload. Diet Coke is low in sodium, but if you’re knocking back a few a day, it adds up. The 24-pack is the perfect size to get your household through the week—or fuel plenty of gaming sessions with snacks. Can’t go wrong. An item that I must have on hand at all times, goes great with pizza, chips, mcdonalds breakfast sausage, hehe, and other salty foods. The only complain with Diet Coke is that whatever is in it makes it get warm really fast... Which can lead to lots of product loss if you just grab a can and work on the computer sipping here and there, gets warm, get up, pour it down the sink and grab another can.... Good thing its affordable.
