help your eyes relax and support better sleep habits.
These TIJN sleep glasses are a solid choice if you’re looking to reduce blue/green light exposure at night and improve your wind-down routine before bed. Pros: • Effective light blocking: The deep red lenses clearly filter out blue and green light, which helps your eyes relax when using screens in the evening. Great for gaming, scrolling, or watching TV before sleep. • Eye strain relief: Noticeable reduction in screen fatigue after longer use. • Lightweight & comfortable: The frame is easy to wear for long periods without pressure on the nose or ears. • Good value for the price: Around $16–17 is very reasonable for this level of protection. • Stylish enough for home use: They don’t feel bulky or “medical.” Cons: • Very strong tint: The red lens heavily alters colors, so they’re not suitable for tasks where color accuracy matters. • Indoor/night use only: Vision in low light can feel darker at first. • Basic build quality: The frame is decent but not premium. Best for: Nighttime screen users, gamers, people trying to improve sleep quality, or anyone sensitive to artificial light in the evening. Not ideal for: Daytime wear, driving at night, or color-critical work. Verdict: A budget-friendly and effective pair of blue-light blocking glasses that do exactly what they’re supposed to do—help your eyes relax and support better sleep habits.

Exactly as pictured, and they do work for me!
Pretty much my entire life I have had excellent vision. I was often called "Eagle-eye" because I could see things other people just couldn't. My eyesight has been getting fuzzier over the last 6 years - in fact, it started the exact time I had an increase of time in front of the computer. The last time my eyesight went funky, it was because of my junky, flickery work monitor (one of those old CRTs). I actually had to get glasses because I became nearsighted. Once the monitor was replaced, my eyesight went back to normal. This time around, I became farsighted. I had to get reading glasses because I couldn't read medicine bottle or even paperwork I had to complete! I figured it was still a monitor issue, considered when I first started noticing the trouble and how long it has been going on. But, I thought it was not quite the same problem since it was not causing the same vision stress. When I read about the harm of blue light, I figured that might be my problem. I looked through the glasses on Amazon, and picked these for the reviews and the color (I love pale pink!). These glasses look just as I was expecting them to look. They are a pretty, pale pink - almost silvery pink. The frames are translucent, so they don't stand out on your face, which I like. They are sturdy and well made - I also love that they don't have nose pads! They come with a lens cleaning cloth, which is very nice. They also come with a blue light tester. It's hard to tell if the tester works since if it does you're not supposed to see anything. But it was nice that they thought to put that in the package anyway. I can tell that things do look a little more yellow with them on - it's not a weird, unnatural yellow, just makes everything a bit softer. Like you're in incandescent lighting rather than fluorescent lighting . They do have a bit of glare off them, which seems to be a common problem with blue blocking glasses. But when looking through them, it's barely noticeable - mostly noticeable for the people looking at you. I have heard that there are blue blocking glasses that don't have glare, but they are way more expensive. I think for the price of these glasses, it's perfectly fine. Do they work? How do you tell? It's not like you can even really see the light they are supposed to block! But, I do believe that they are working for a couple of reasons. There have been several times that my eyes were hurting from looking at my laptop screen. I put the glasses on, and in just a minute or two, my eyes were no longer hurting! That right there is good enough for me to continue using them. But it gets better - after using the glasses for just a few weeks, I can now read things without glasses that I haven't been able to read in years! Definitely what I was hoping for! These glasses have no strength, they are NOT reading glasses. But they have been allowing my eyes to rest and heal. I will be getting another pair of blue blocking glasses so I can have one at home and work. If you look at screens a lot, it's a good idea to think about getting glasses like these, even if you aren't experiencing problems yet. Apparently, from what I have read, the damage that blue light causes to your eyes can be permanent and happens gradually over time. I wish I had known about these glasses years ago!

These glasses seem to work well
Like many folks fortunate enough to still have a job during the COVID-19 pandemic, I am mostly working from home, and am stuck in front of a computer much more than when I work in the office. I started to get massive heads aches and even a sense of nausea soon after. I purchased these glasses after coming across it during Prime Day. Since using these glasses, I no longer have headaches after working on the computer all day, and no longer suffer the nauseous feeling. It's pretty amazing actually, how the change was immediate. They are lightweight and fit my head well. The nerd design is stylish, and I got a few nice compliments from co-workers. I like that it comes with a soft cloth lens cleaner. The one funny thing, but not big deal is that the lens kind of makes my eyes look magnified, almost comically. There was an anti-fog lens option, however it only came in the transparent and black frame. I liked the Sea Green color which is the one I purchased. When wearing a mask in the office with the glasses, the lens fogs up terribly to the point that I cannot see through. I would recommend the anti-fog glasses if you plan to use them with a mask. Working at home without a mask is not a problem however. There is a bit of glare, but nothing bothersome.

Great for digital artist and animators, wipe off the film when you get them they aren't defective!
I have spent a month or so looking for blue light blocking glasses that wouldn't heavily obstruct my view and perception of colors while working on my artwork. Seeing how other reviews have mentioned a light yellow tint I decided to buy and try them. Now something to know about these glasses. They probably won't block out a huge amount of blue light, but they will block out a little bit. If you don't work on projects that involve having to work with color at all and just work on writing, maybe even coding then I would recommend buying a more tinted pair of glasses or a "heavy duty" pair. NOTICE! IF YOU GOT A PAIR OF GLASSES THAT HAVE THAT WEIRD FILM THAT PEOPLE KEEP TALKING ABOUT THAT MAKES THE LENSES LOOK BUBBLY OR RAINBOW. DON'T WORRY! I GOT A PAIR THAT HAD THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I TOOK A RISK AND USED THE CLOTH IT COMES WITH AND IT REMOVED IT. THE LENSES ARE PERFECTLY FINE. THIS WILL NOT DAMAGE THE TINT. THE FILM IS CAUSED BY THE PLASTIC THAT IT COMES IN TOUCHING THE LENSES AND COATING THEM. PROS: -Stylish and light -Even if they're big on you, you still look great -Doesn't heavily obstruct color viewing -Comes in many colors and choices -Comes with a micro fiber lens cloth -Does provide some protection despite light tint CONS: -There is a very prominent glare on these glasses while wearing them, but for me they aren't in my direct line of sight. They're are more in the outer edges where the rims are. Though it is quite noticeable -These glasses don't have a proper case to protect them better, but perhaps this is not a con if you have an empty glasses case you have been wanting to use or have a ton of them to spare -The glasses are fairly easy to smudge especially if the glasses touch your eyebrows.(That where your trusty cloth comes in) After having these glasses for a few months I am happy to write that I have, so far, been very pleased with them. I have not dropped them or have had an incident where they have been roughly handled, so when it comes to durability and the structural integrity I can't say whether they are well made and strong or not. As for now I'd say these are the best glasses that offer some protection without having to sacrifice the viewing of colors in their true state both on a phone screen or computer screen.

Okay, but sits too far away from the eyes.
Pros: the tint is nice, close to what I wanted, which was a slight tint for inside work. Comfortable on face. Cons: They do feel and look kinda cheap. I think they sit too far off my face to look good in public, which is a bummer. Since they sit a little too high and far away, I can see the outside of the frame, so it’s a bit uncomfortable. The eyes take a second to adjust to these too, it gives me a slight headache lol. Honestly, I don’t think I can wear these out, but maybe they will work for just being inside. I think the lens itself looks cool, but the frame is a miss for me.

Functional and great packaging
These work great, noticeable tint and relief when I wear them. They also came very nicely packaged, with a hard case and cleaning cloth.

Fashionable, comfortable frames at an immensely affordable price
My trendy, stylish, affordable frames arrived prior to the anticipated delivery day. Their box was completely crushed, however, to my delight, every frame arrived in perfect condition. They are fashionable and current. Being plastic, the frames don't feel expensive yet they do have an upscale appearance. As they are made of TR90, I hope that they are durable despite their light weight. They fit well and seem to contour to my face and are immensely comfortable. My face is small and, when purchasing eyeglasses at an ophthalmologist's office, I have typically required children's frames yet these fit very well. Included with the shipment but without instructions or an explanation is what I assume to be a tiny blue light laser and a test card. I beamed the blue laser through the lenses of the glasses attempting to have the blue light shine onto the accompanied test card. The blue light is blocked by the lenses revealing the efficacy of the protection provided by the lenses. I have not had these glasses for a sufficient time to determine if they reduce eye strain. I look forward to wearing them for extensive long hours. If used as "readers", having five will make it convenient to store a pair in locations where they are needed. Whether purchased for magnification or plain as a fashion statement, these are a superb value.
