It's a drying oil, it does affect your polish at all. It's works quickly, I have bought alot of it. A couple drops over each nail after polish is good.

Yes it is. A little goes a long way with this product, in defense of it. On the " defense" side I did not sins that it worked so well for me. I know it seemed to for many reviewers. Read many reviews before buying. I am also an Essie addict!!!

Q: I like to paint my nails and add dots or stripes and top coat. when do i add drops? can i say after i put the nail polish on and again after dots?

Hi there Lareinaj! The expressie quick dry nail colors are not used with a base coat or top coat. Because the expressive color dry so fast, they are not always the best choice for nail art.

Q: Can you apply this between coats? Or is it better to apply when you've finished painting all your layers?

Hi there Bonnibee! We don’t recommend applying nail enamel on top of the quick-e fast-drying drops. Use this only as the final step in your manicure to protect nails from smudges, dents, nicks and scratches and reduce nail dry time.
