For the cost these are exceptional kitchen shears. INCREDIBLY sharp and can handle just about anything. Bought these to replace a pair that broke from a high quality knife set. Needless to say they are better made and much sharper than the pair I replaced. Would definitely buy again!

Wow! Much more than I expected for the price. Very sturdy, very sharp, and very balanced for the jobs intended. Not too big, very manageable to use. Just be very careful; these shears are very, very sharp and will cause damage if you slip and your fingers or other body parts get in the way.

Super well made. Nice weight and seems like they would cut cowhide! Best scissors I've ever owned. All metal so no plastic to break.

While I have not used these kitchen shears yet, I will say, right out of the box my initial reaction was, “WOW”. Then I recalled someone’s review with a band-aid, so I handled the shears carefully knowing they are very sharp. These shears are beautiful, even a bit sexy. They have a sleek design, beautiful silver and black colors and the hardware used to hold them together sparkles. They are stainless steel for durability and long life. They are pretty lightweight. Not too much heavier than my plastic handled kitchen shears I’m replacing. This essential kitchen tool has a serrated outer blade for scraping stuff like fish. There is a bottle opener on the opposite blade and a nutcracker between the handles. I got these on sale and the price was certainly a good value for two pairs. Even full price is a good value. I use kitchen shears all of the time, so having two pairs in the kitchen is really cool for me. The size is ideal, too. One pair fits perfectly in my butcher block knife set replacing my plastic handled shears. ****UPDATE 2/22/2026**** I have been using these awesome kitchen shears for two months and I’m loving them. They cut through any job with ease and they are sturdy in my hand. I normally don’t update a review, but I really like these shears. They deserve the extra kudos.

Finally, kitchen shears that don’t feel like a toy. These HUUSK poultry shears are stupidly sharp and actually strong — no flexing, no “maybe it’ll cut if I fight it,” just clean cuts. I’ve used them on whole chickens (joints, backbone, wings, all the annoying parts) and they go through like they’re supposed to. The grip feels solid in your hand, they don’t slip around when things get messy, and the pivot doesn’t feel loose or cheap. Big bonus: they’re easy to rinse out and clean, and the safety lock makes storage sane so you’re not fishing around a drawer with a blade trap waiting for you. If you break down meat at home even occasionally, this is one of those tools you buy once and immediately wonder why you waited. Great value for how tough they are.
