Natural Healing
I hurt my back recently and was having trouble recovering. Laying on this 20 minutes a day accelerated the healing and reduced the pain. Highly recommend! The plastic cover starts off a bit cold so i lay on it with clothing until it warms up, then bare skin for the best affect. My back is fully recovered but i still use it weekly. I also used it on my sore knee and my knee is 100% pain free now. Highly recommend if you are hurting with sore joints, back pain. You need direct skin contact for best results. Heats up really good and feels nice.

Handy little light strip.
I bought this product to try red light therapy on my toenails. After using it every day for about 2 weeks, there is a notable difference in my nails. Nails are growing without discoloration and look healthier. The light strip is large enough to fit around a knee so I can use it for both feet at one time when doing nails. It has different light frequencies and an automatic shut- off feature. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Works well, but be careful — it can get hot enough to burn
I bought this red light therapy pad for targeted areas like my hands, arms, and joints. The wavelengths and flexibility are great, and the pad does deliver noticeable benefits when used consistently. It’s lightweight, easy to position, and the settings make it simple to use. However, buyers need to know this: The pad can heat up more than expected, especially during longer sessions or when it’s pressed directly against the skin. I did experience a mild burn from the heat buildup, even though I was using it normally. This isn’t mentioned clearly in the product description or manual, so I want to make sure others are aware. If you get this pad, I recommend: • Checking the temperature with your hand every few minutes • Avoiding direct pressure on one spot • Using a thin cloth barrier if you notice it getting too warm The device does work, but it requires caution. I’m keeping it because the results are good — I just wish the manufacturer had been more upfront about the heat risk.

Only heating pad to help reduce my back spasms
I suffer from mid back spasms and have been using this for several weeks now. I apply it to my back on the medium setting every night for 20 minutes after I get into bed. It has made a difference in the frequency and severity of the spasms, I am happy to say. I have tried a lot of different heating pads over the years and have had the most noticeable results with this product.

COMFYTEMP, a quality mat
Comfytemp is first class act, although I wish this mat had the pulsing (flashing) which penetrates deeper. I have their old one (just the 690-I believe), and it works like a German tank. Great chips, very strong. One complaint for all of these mats on Amazon is they put in the 850 instead of the 830 ( which is safer and better) because the 850 chips are mass produced and cheaper. A good combination are the 630, the 660 (or 690), and the 830 instead of the 850. Are we willing to pay more? I believe so.

Help for pain
The red light therapy has worked really well. I use it in the evening when I’m watching TV and it’s easy to put on any part of your body that is hurting. It’s a nice size and it has two different straps that come along with it so you can strap it onto the part of the body that needs help. Highly recommend this product.

Broken Already!
Have used this item 3 times a week, on and off, since the end of January, and suddenly it doesn't work anymore. This is my second RLT device, and they aren't worth it! I can't afford to spend a ton of money on them, but it seems most of the ones under $100 are just crap.
