im on dialysis cause my kidneys hate me lol and im only 32, everytime they do bloodwork they tell me my protein levels are lower than last time orr just haven't changed and are still low. but because I also have to watch my potassium and phosphate intake as well the milky/dairy protein shakes aren't really good for me. ive tried premier protein, ensure, muscle milk, and none of them helped. I just received my orders for this product, this my 2nd one from you, I got the strawberry watermelon and the mixed berry flavors, and so far the mixed berry one is my favorite 😍 it looks like Gatorade or powered but its sooooo much better! my dietician at the dialysis center seen the bottle and said its perfect for my situation, so I definitely plan to keep on buying! hoping you'll eventually come up with some more flavors, so I can try those too, maybe just a plain watermelon would be good, but yeah anyways I just had to leave a review cause I have strong hopes this will help with my protein levels when they do my bloodwork next time. and p.s im NOT getting paid or anything to say this, I mean every single word I typed, so if u need more protein in your life, give these drinks a try! theyre also not tooo expensive, but it dont cost a little bit to be healthy unfortunately 😔 good luck to everyone who's in the same boat as me!!!

Over the years I've progressed from make it myself protein powder and milk drinks to pre-bottled protein drinks and there are a lot of them to choose from. Every day I start with one or two of these milk based drinks mixing in my creatine and pre-workout powder. But in the middle of day I'm looking for something light and flavorful, so why not throw in more protein. I bought the grape flavor and assume that that other flavors will be just as good. "Mo protein "

I love this product ! I use it on the go when I don't have time for a quick meal. Its 20 grams of protein which is great ! It taste really good , with no after taste. Zero sugar so I love that. For the money , its a great buy .

My favorite clear protein drink! I started drinking these when I needed to increase my protein and weight, but was unable to eat solid foods and these came in clutch. It only took 2 bottles for me to get used to the taste. At first I would only drink them cold, now I’m so used to and love the taste, I can drink them room temp like I prefer my beverages. The price is a bit much, but not as much as a protein shake, so I didn’t complain too much as I was ordering a case a week. I don’t need them anymore since I am able to drink shakes now, but I will still get them every now and then to switch things up.

The best protein water by far. I can sip on a bottle (cold, cool, room temperature) and have steady energy, no signs of hunger - fatigue - sugar issues. I love the taste and everyone I share a bottle with proclaims it to be the best protein water they have ever consumed.

These are so delicious and I get the protein I need daily when I include these into my regiment. I recommend this good taste of water.
