Good energy and rest to consume
I normally use precision hydration gels, but thought I'd try these at they're a bit cheaper. The flavour was very similar to PF30 , vaguely citrus, but no specific flavour - inoffensive and easy to consume. I'm sure I felt more energy in my run from these gels , and I'll keep using them. Thankfully I don't usually suffer any GI issues with gels, and I had no trouble with the SiS Beta formula (I was concerned that 40g carb might be more than my stomach would tolerate, as my normal gels are 30 g Carb). The only negative is the packs are bigger than I'm used to carrying. However I enjoyed the distraction of having more gel to eat

More energy during and after my long runs
Love these, my new go to gel. Had to choose a new gel as the others that I was using hadn't got a high enough carb content and was feeling hungry and drained after my runs. Don't have that effect with these, I feel like I had more energy to run for longer and felt more energetic after my runs. Got me through my first marathon. Loved the neutral flavouring too.
