Upon purchasing the item, I saw nothing but great reviews. I was excited for the purchase initially. I was even more excited to see there was a used/like new condition for a discounted prices. Who doesn't love a discounted price, right? Upon receiving the item, I noticed some damage to the box but nothing to the dishwasher itself so I decided to move purchase. After hooking everything up I noticed a smell. I took the bottom plate off where the wires and connections are and noticed a burnt off, smoking black relay. Pictures posted below. I contacted Amazon confident that I knew what was wrong with it. They offered to pay for the relay. That was two relays ago. The problem still persists beyond my knowledge. I have had to move it out to the garage to be picked up by big trash. I find this to be a fire hazard and do not feel comfortable continuing to replace the same part that keeps catching on fire/smoking. I have spent over 500 dollars on this unit, almost 300 dollars on the unit trying to fix it. Some of that has been amazon trying to help me with the issue but that was 3 relays ago. Between my money and time and storage space until I can get it off my property, I would like amazon or the seller to reach out to me. I have reached out to as many channels as possible. Thank you.
