We have tried several different bbq rubs and this one is by far one of our favorites. It can be used on so many different dishes. Definitely a must have in the spice cabinet.

I really like this rub, I generally make my own rubs for BBQ but to be honest I've been lazy lately and didn't feel like having to bother with that. This rub is great substitute, and it's good enough I may not bother making another batch ever again. I was worried about it being too salty because I typically make rubs without salt (and just salt the meat separately) but I didn't find that to be the case with this rub. I have only used this on ribs so far, and since ribs don't really need a ton of rub the salt wasn't overpowering. Maybe if this was used on something that takes a lot of rub (like a pork butt) the salt would be an issue for me.
