This is the second scooter I’ve purchased from this company, and I’m very happy with it. My first scooter was blue, and this one is red, and both have been great. The design honestly feels like a mini motorcycle, which I really like — it looks sharp and feels solid. The scooter reaches about 11 mph, which is very fast for a mobility scooter and perfect for what I need. I use it every day at my job working at a botanical garden, and it makes getting around so much easier. It’s very easy to maneuver through all the different paths, walkways, and garden areas. I’ve pretty much been everywhere with this scooter, and it handles it well. I did have a minor issue in the beginning, but the company responded quickly and pinpointed the problem within a few days. Once it was corrected, the scooter has been working great ever since. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. It’s reliable, fast, easy to maneuver, and perfect for daily use. I would definitely buy from this company again and recommend this scooter to others.

This thing is fast and heavy. Other than that, it seem like a pretty good scooter. But it is every bit of the weight that it says. If it were lighter I would buy another because the price is great and despite Amazon saying it would take a week, I got it in 2 days. The seat is adjustable so you can create or reduce the leg room needed. You feel very comfortable in the chair and the handle bars are adjustable as well. My only gripe really is that this thing is probably 20 pounds heavier than my other scooter and doesn’t fold as cleanly as it.

Love this scooter! Does what is advertised. Goes over the lawn and other terrain. Love that it folds to fit in the back of my car. It is built really well and worth the money.And communication with seller is awesome. Love it so much ordered another one for my husband! Got my husband's today he is excited! This seller is awesome and very professional.

So far so good, fun lil scooter, light enough I can load it and alot faster than I thought it would be, the only real complaint I have it i wish the back rest on the seat had thinner padding

This is my first electric mobility scooter so this is my first three months experiences with this scooter which has had a rocky start, thus the low rating. The actual scooter has been pretty good with the following exceptions: Many loose bolts and items that needed adjusted. The main item needing some skilled adjusting was the brakes. The parking brake setting did not work at all and the running brakes needed adjusted. The unit does not come with any instructions so adjusting the seat and handle bars was viewing videos on the internet. The unit I received arrived with two flat front tires so had to air them up before I could try it out. The tires go flat in 5 to 10 days so I contacted the supplier and they sent ONE new tube which took 12 days to arrive after 4 days of sending photos and communication back and forth. One tube will only fix half of the problem. I now plan on replacing both front tires with tubeless tires which will make the scooter safer to ride as it is unstable and wants to tip over on turns when the tires are low. Now my experience with the supplier. I was charged $150.00 shipping for the scooter which I believe to be too much for shipping with a Prime membership. I ordered my unit during Black Friday sale, The unit arrived in about four days with bits and pieces hanging out three sides of the box. Even Fedex took photos of the box when they dropped it off. Inspecting the scooter we found major damage to the seat and handle bars along with many scratches. Many days of photos and communication thru Amazon to the supplier they agreed to send a replacement unit. The communication with the supplier thru Amazon was delayed back and forth but it went fine except they wanted several photos of the damaged parts and you can only send one photo a day thru the Amazon site so it takes many days. The supplier shipped a new scooter and wanted me to package the old one in the second scooters box and ship it back. The original shipment did not have any packaging to protect the unit so the damaged unit was repackaged with the replacement unit box and packaging and shipped back to the supplier. I am lucky that I still have the ability to repair this scooter if I can get the parts I need in the future as I have lost confidence in the supplier being able to supply future needs.

Very heavy when folded up.very fast,very hard to put into the car or van. I would not buy it again.

It works week but it came with many screws loose and one missing from the arm rest
