Loma Hair Care Nourishing Travel Kit Trio

I have used this shampoo for over 5 years. It should have a lotion consistency but the shampoo they sent me was like a runny gel and smelled horrible! I called the manufacturer and was told because the product is all natural that it has a shelf life and can grow mold if it's really old. Either this shampoo was a complete knock off or it was old and moldy! Needless to say it went in the trash and I had a friend back home go to my old salon and get me some good stuff and ship it to me. I wouldn't get from these people again if they sent it free!

I've used this product for years. This order was very different. It seems as if something else was mixed with this shampoo. First time not happy with my order.

the shampoo in this lit burst at the seams when we went camping and I used it for the first time! Yuck what a mess...
