Q: How fast do these work?

They take about 30-45 mins to take effect and I would recommend being in bed before taking them. :) and enjoy your sleep because it’s amazing!

Q: Is it normal to lose taste from taking the sleep gummies?

Hi, just want you to know that I have experienced this as well. I experienced it a couple days ago, but did not make the correlation. I saw this question last night and decided to test it out. I took two last night and, lo and behold, I do not have a sense of taste this morning. I do hope that like myself, I experienced it slowly coming back by the end of the day and your sense of smell remains.

Q: You can get melatonin anywhere, what makes this worth the price?
