Update 2-9-26. I have slept on these now for a few days and I can tell you these pillows are the one. They are plump and full with excellent support, can’t feel any quills whatsoever, and no down or feather loss of any kind. Sure, you can buy the more expensive pillows, but this one was engineered perfectly!! It’s all down and feather no feather fiber fill. And no quills!!!! And the outward core is all down. I’m just so glad I found these pillows and didn’t even pay full price- these will be the ones I take when traveling, or anywhere I’m away from home. I can’t even fathom why annyone would send them back but if it got me andiscoun, then so be it and thank you!! So soft and guehy, yet cradling!! Don’t hesitate get them!!! Update- got my second set in-purchased from the Amazon warehouse that were rated in very good condition. I saw one reviewer said these were hard- to each his own but you can see in my video and decide for yourself. I personally think this is the most supportive pillow, yet is so soft and mushy, you can cradle your head, neck and shoulders beautifully into it. These were in new condition- even better than the first ones stated used like new! Don’t hesitate to buy the returned ones- you get a great pillow and a great deal to boot!! I absolutely dread pillow shopping. Especially online because you’re not able to look nor feel what you’re shopping for. And I am the pickiest person when it comes to my bedding, and I don’t apologize for it. I want the 4-5* hotel experience every time I go to bed, and because of this it cost money. You can spend hundreds of dollars just for one good pillow, and it not even be that comfortable. I’ve always loved the way down and feather conform to your head and neck so this is my go to choice. Pacific coast has made the best pillows and down blankets for yrs. I also sleep in one of their down and feather featherbeds and it’s like heaven!!! The reviewer that said these felt like rock hard is crazy! This predominantly down pillows feel so soft and gushy!!! They must just have buyers remorse or something cause that is not even close to an accurate description of these voluptuous pillows!!! Anyway, these particular pillows are the absolute best and most comfortable ones I’ve ever found!! I’ve paid more and I’ve paid less. These are my holy grail of pillows and I hope they never stop making this exact one. And listen, if you want to save some money don’t be afraid to buy the returned ones that come from Amazon warehouse. (Can’t even understand why someone would return this great pillow) These are normally 144.00 fo 2 kings. I got the first set for 83.00 and loved them so much I ordered another set at 73.00! After trying these though I’d pay 144.00, they're that good!!! I pulled them out of the box, gave them a good shaking, and put them in the dryer. They filled out bigtime- they are filled with 53oz of down and feather, but mostly down it feels like. The outer shell is full of soft down and I can’t feel absolutely any quills- zero. The outside shell of the pillow is high thread silky soft downproof cotton. Also no weird or gross smells. Pacific coast is known to hyper clean all their down products. A lot of the higher end hotels use pacific coast pillows. Hilton etc. let’s talk about sleep though. Wowza these give you a beautiful nights sleep. It cradles and supports my neck and head perfectly so I don’t wake up with any cramping or catches in my neck. These don’t go flat- they are perfectly filled. Lots of thought went into the design of it. After all the pillows and money I have spent, I would, without a doubt, call this the Goldilocks of bed pillows!!! Treat yourself to some high quality, higher end pillows from a name you can trust!

I've had these for about a month now. I was worried after reading the reviews that they would either be too flat or too hard. They are exactly the firmness I like. I sleep on my side and I'm picky on pillows. The last pillows I had lasted about 6 years. These seem to be high enough quality to do the same. There was NOT a bad smell in them. The packaging was high quality. The price is very good for what you get. Just make sure to follow the instructions when you unpackage and let them self inflate for several hours. If I didn't do that, I'd probably think they were too flat.

It's a very nice pillow -- with chic navy piping on the edges. Look - Excellent quality. Blue piping looks upscale. Firmness - It's decent but I really wish it were thicker or sturdier. After 8 hours of sleep, I wake up to discover it's nearly flat where my head touched it. I'd love to find something firmer. If I cannot, I may try to stuff two of these in one pillow case because, as I said, it's a very nice pillow.

ok IM leaving this for all the people that are having a hard time finding pillows like they have at Marriott hotel, witch by the way felt like a million dollars when I slept on them, I have been looking for years and spent a ton of money on pillows that 2 years later went flat, so yes this pillow is by far the best I have ever bought, they hold their shape ,yet soft , and yes great quality, so if you're looking for that pillow with luxury quality this is the one to buy , don't think about it just get it you will not regret it, thank you for such a wonderful product I will be buying more

The quality is undeniable! It came in a vacuum pack, inside a nice cardboard box with brochures. There was no smell. I had these brand pillows in a hotel last year and loved them. However I absolutely hate these pillows. They are SO HEAVY. I am a small woman. I can't even flip the pillow at night. That happens when they fill them with mostly heavy feathers rather than light down. Also the pillow is hard as a rock. I would get a headache and a stiff neck if I slept on those. My advice is either 1) do NOT buy pillows on the internet or 2) if you do, only open one of them first because once they bounce out of vacuum pressured packaging, you will not get them back in the box. Talking of the box, this is how I packed them for the return: I rolled them and used Saran wrap to wrap them tightly, then returned them into their original bags and box. It was a HUGE PAIN BUT I was not going to lose my money. It taught me a valuable lesson not to buy bedding (mattress toppers, comforters, pillows) online. You will have a very difficult time packing them back into the box to return.

I can't believe how high quality these are for the price! They are so densely packed that they give that amazing fluffy effect that allows you to sink into a cozy pillow. No feathers have escaped and I haven't been poked by any sharp bits. I want to replace every pillow in the house.

A pillow story. I have an injured neck and require firm support yet soft pillow to alleviate pressure. I bought a double down surround pillow in 2018 and instantly had pain relief. I took my pillow everywhere with me and accidentally left it in a hotel. I tried to order another and learned they were out of stock. No lie. I must have tried more than 20 other pillows and none of them compared. I tried super expensive feather to cheap alternative stuffing, memory foam and even latex. My closet is full of pillows that I would never be able to sleep on. Other feather pillows did not have the same recipe for comfort and support. The name of the pillow was updated, yet the description of pillow in pillow design seemed similar. I took a last chance to buy yet another set of pillows. I’m so glad I did because the quality is the very same! In fact I gave the second pillow to my husband who complained his neck was sore and even he was surprised how over night his pain was gone. We sleep so well. Thank you for maintaining the quality of your pillows. Please don’t change a thing. They are perfect.

After buying many, many, many pillows these ones are the best so far.
