the best for connectors outside in the rain
Been using this product for 30 years, still the best way to protect F connections in the rain. A little Messy, but worth it.

Works well.
Great for outdoor connections and in damp basement of older homes. Outdoor connections should be over rapped with silicone tape and a cover layer of Scotch 88 electrical tape.It not unusual for the components in the tube to separate and turn into a Lt brown liquid. Roll the tube between your hands to warm up and mix the components together. You should end up with a thin paste almost the color of the tube.

Keep outdoor moisture out of RF connections like tv, satellites and amateur radio feedlines. Great product, will not attenuate signals.

I’ve sued this on a variety of things but most notably coaxial outdoor cable connections. Keeps the moisture out.

Separated
My compound had separated in the tube when I received it. I sorted it out by emptying the tube into a cup, remixing it well, then transferring it to a syringe. But perhaps they could be stored better.

lol this stuf stuff works!
lol this stuf stuff works!yea we started using this product for TVRO sat dishes to help keep water out of the N and F connections.you just pack it full of this and it does it's thing.you need to remember to mix the tube as it does separate out of suspension over time....so you need to waste a bit till it comes out like tooth paste.for RF connections yup you need this!
