I love these cookie snacks ! I do feel like they help milk production, solely from the extra calories and added ingredients. They’re very yummy and an easy grab-and-go snack. I eat these when i’m about to nurse baby and hungry with no time to make anything.

Las súper recomiendo, fue lo único que aumento mi producción de leche. Mi producción aumento al día siguiente de comer el primer paquete de galletas, en cada extracción aumento de 1 a 3 oz. Importante saber que cuando dejas de comerlas regresas a tu producción habitual. El sabor es muy bueno y funcionan perfectamente, las recomendó muchísimo.
