Watermelon smells so good
I’ve heard a lot of great things from this brand and creatine in general for recovery so I was excited to try. The watermelon smells amazing. I like the concept of hummus supplements because it’s quick and easy to take. I pop them in right before I go to the gym. I will say the my smell better than they taste but I mean the watermelon sweet smells amazing is rich and the watermelon taste is faint. But they don’t taste bad at all. Just not as as sweet as they smell but that’s a moot point considering it’s not candy it’s a supplement. I’m happy with the flavor I chose

Great way to get your daily creatine in!
The watermelon flavor is amazing. Easy to take if you’re on the go. I’ll take three gummies in the morning. I’ve noticed improved sleep and recovery. Great way to get your creatine in.

Gross taste and texture
Don't be fooled by all the social media advertising. These are marketed as great tasting and they are anything but. I tried using these for about 2 weeks and I just can't continue to take them. The taste and texture make me nauseous just thinking about these. I got the Watermelon flavor and it was nasty!

You can actually feel the difference
The watermelon flavor is good and it’s easy to take based on the size and consistency. I’m almost finished with the bottle and I have noticed an increase in energy level and focus throughout my busy and most active days.

Give them a chance
Quite gross at first. Not chalky, but more gritty and waxy. However, after forcing myself to use for a week, I no longer mind the taste (almost enjoy now!) and am beginning to feel a bit more alert. I chose chews over powder because I already use protein and collagen and couldn’t stomach more- if you’re in the same boat, give these a chance. Aside from texture, no negative feedback or side effects. (Review for watermelon flavor)

Good creatine but the execution needs work
the creatine in this is good quality and I do feel like it's working. Recovery has been solid and I have no issues with how my body handles it. The problem is everything else. The watermelon flavor is super weak, basically just slightly sweet with a hint of something fruity. The gummies are enormous so taking your daily dose feels like a chore. And the bottle is ridiculously oversized which makes no sense to me. If this was 30 bucks I'd say sure go for it, but at 50 you're paying a lot for a product that's just okay in the experience department. I might try a different flavor next time to see if that's any better.

sweet treat + creatine in one!
I love taking creatine and this was such a good way for me to get a sweet treat in as well!! It’s also easier to travel with than powder in a bag.
