I’ve heard a lot of great things from this brand and creatine in general for recovery so I was excited to try. The watermelon smells amazing. I like the concept of hummus supplements because it’s quick and easy to take. I pop them in right before I go to the gym. I will say the my smell better than they taste but I mean the watermelon sweet smells amazing is rich and the watermelon taste is faint. But they don’t taste bad at all. Just not as as sweet as they smell but that’s a moot point considering it’s not candy it’s a supplement. I’m happy with the flavor I chose

Don't be fooled by all the social media advertising. These are marketed as great tasting and they are anything but. I tried using these for about 2 weeks and I just can't continue to take them. The taste and texture make me nauseous just thinking about these. I got the Watermelon flavor and it was nasty!

Get the water melon flavor. Love these I’ve tried the sour apple and peach flavors my favorite is the watermelon. I’ve noticed I have a improvements to my cognitive abilities and improved muscle growth. Highly recommend.

I’ve ordered these three times and they’ve been different every time. First time were small cubes and delicious. Consistency, taste, everything was amazing. Second time they were cubes but all stuck together. Still delicious but looked like they were all somewhat melted together. This time, they’re hexagons, totally different texture, and each piece seems much larger. Flavor is similar but now gritty with a dusted coating. Not a great aftertaste but bearable. 4-5 stars for how they used to be— 3 stars now.

The watermelon flavor is good and it’s easy to take based on the size and consistency. I’m almost finished with the bottle and I have noticed an increase in energy level and focus throughout my busy and most active days.

the creatine in this is good quality and I do feel like it's working. Recovery has been solid and I have no issues with how my body handles it. The problem is everything else. The watermelon flavor is super weak, basically just slightly sweet with a hint of something fruity. The gummies are enormous so taking your daily dose feels like a chore. And the bottle is ridiculously oversized which makes no sense to me. If this was 30 bucks I'd say sure go for it, but at 50 you're paying a lot for a product that's just okay in the experience department. I might try a different flavor next time to see if that's any better.

Does not taste good, need to eat 3 for only 4.5g and there's 5g of sugar per serving. Do not recommend.
