Perfect for CPAP user
I've been using for a couple weeks now very happy with a pillow whether sleeping on my back or on my side. The openings on the side provide enough area that it doesn't impede with my pillow CPAP mask.

Great pillow for CPAP side sleepers
BLUF: great pillow for a side sleeper. This is the second pillow I bought from this company. Obviously I use a CPAP and I am a side sleeper so I was always knocking my facemask off (pity my wife who listens to Darth Vader sleeping). Anyhow, the last model was a game changer and improved my sleep. Those silly looking cutouts really work. I got this one because I thought the exterior material looked to be a step up (it is) and I liked the size measurements a little more overall. I liked it enough to try the update which says something. Worst case Amazon has excellent returns and the company will let you test the pillow for 100 days. After three days use I threw away the warranty papers because I like it and nothing breaks on a memory foam pillow.

Wanted to love it :(
I had high hopes for this pillow as my CPAP just does not sit correctly when I inevitably roll over on my side. Unfortunately it was very uncomfortable and I ended up returning it after trying to sleep on it for 2 nights. it was a little too hard for me and the notches just did not help me maintain the seal needed. Very sad indeed. Thankfully Amazon makes it pretty easy to return and when I went back to the item listing I see the note that it is frequently returned. I find that helpful but confusing considering all the posted reviews were 4 and 5 stars. Definitely worth a try if you are trying to sleep on your side with a CPAP.
