Treadmill is a very good treadmill for home use. It is compact, easy to install, and saves space. The build quality is strong, and it runs smoothly.it offers great value for money and is a reliable home treadmill.

It was working fine, suddenly one day it stopped working with some error, but maintained it properly with lubing like manual stated and all. This is worst part, I don't think there's any proper customer support for this brand, they took 4days to just create a support ticket for me ( i had to go through mail, as their platform wasn't working and not letting me create a ticket). after that It feels like a completely dead, also checking other places their reputation for customer service is really really bad, i didn't know that, and i am currently in one of those situations. Please be thoughtful before buying this product. Let me also talk about some pros too - I received huge health benefits by continuously using this every single day for 20-30min fast walking and jogging, and it was working beautifully. I don't expect any mechanical and electrical machine to not break or malfunction, that's something can happen anytime anyday, it isn't the problem, the problem is how early a company can provide service to their customer. Like it's been 10+days my machine stopped working, so it completely broke the daily routine, sadly it's not possible for me to just outside and do these activities, if i could i would not buy this product atleast.

Optimum size. Foldable, can be stashed away easily. However quite heavy, not easy to move around. Does it's job well. Value for money yes. Takes less space yes. Weight heavy yes.

I purchased the PowerMax JogPod Treadmill on September 6, 2025, and it has been a total nightmare. The machine broke down shortly after purchase, and the "after-sales service" from PowerMax Fitness is quite possibly the worst I have ever encountered. The Timeline of Failure: January 12, 2026: Lodged a formal complaint after the motor became defective (loud noise, belt wouldn't move). The "Wait" Game: For nearly three months, I was repeatedly told to "have patience" while they supposedly arranged a replacement motor. The Incompetence: After constant follow-ups, a motor finally arrived on March 17, 2026. However, the company sent the WRONG part. The technician confirmed the holes didn't match and it was impossible to install. Current Status: As of late March 2026, my treadmill is still lying completely unusable in my home. The Verdict: PowerMax lacks basic quality control and has zero regard for their customers' time. They will happy take your money, but if the machine breaks, you are on your own. I have been unable to use a product I paid for since January. Save your money and your sanity—buy from a brand that actually supports its products.

Product is good but it need some improvement first the electric supply cable is too short and second thing the speaker when you turn on the treadmill it give very loud sound of Bluetooth connection so it has some volume control to be set at the startup to avoid loud sound.
