Good buy
This has the right amount of stickiness to hold but not damage the wall. I used it stick Mylar balloons to the wall. Held for two hours before I removed them.

Good tape but be warned, not double-sided
Don’t make the same mistake I did—I initially thought this was double-sided wall-safe tape meant for mounting things. It’s not. This is a single-sided tape designed to be gentle on walls, and for that purpose, it does a great job. It sticks well to painted walls without causing damage or leaving residue when removed. The initial adhesion is strong, but be aware that once you peel it off, it loses a good bit of its sticking power. If you need to reapply it somewhere else, you’ll likely need a fresh piece. Overall, it’s a good product for light-duty use like hanging paper, posters, or decorations. I just wish there were a double-sided version with the same wall-safe properties!

Great Quality and Truly Wall-Safe
This tape is perfect for putting up wall décor. It sticks securely, yet comes off cleanly without leaving damage. Cutting the tape is very easy with the dispenser, which makes using it super convenient. The quality is excellent, and for the price, it’s great value for money. Reliable, neat, and one of my favorite go-to tapes for decorating or small projects.

Also used for windows
I used these to tape fairy lights to wall & windows. I would buy this product again, because as long as I had a wire under a piece of tape, it was simple to remove from my window, too. The hold could have been better on the wall, but I had it up for a month. There was absolutely no damage or residue on my walls. The tape isn't crystal clear & I had to press it again against the wall here & there. It's still good stuff, even though it isn't perfect.

Worked well, wouldn’t hold anything significant
I used this tape to make this 2 for my daughter’s second birthday party. It held about 95% of the dots on the wall for a few days. Some were falling here and there but they stayed for the most part. There was no damage to the wall so they were worth buying for that alone.

Wall saver
I was so concerned the tape wouldn't work based on negative reviews. I had a birthday party and I had tons of wall decorations to hang up. I bought two types of wall safe scotch brand tape, and they both worked perfectly. Is the adhesion as strong as normal tape? Of course not. Did it save my walls and surfaces from damage? It did. Was it hard to remove? Not at all. For temporary hanging, it is great. This tape is much easier to use than Scotch poster tape, but it doesn't adhere as well to all surface types. I used it for a party and actually found a few spots I missed removing the tape, and it didn't damage anything. Again for wall safe tape, I was impressed because I had previously used painters tape which is hard to hide. Scotch Wall Safe tape is mostly invisible, and has adhesive that reminds me of the sticky part of post-it notes. Anyone, like me, who doesn't want to repair damage to their walls, but still wants the flexibility to decorate seasonally or for parties, this much better option than regular desk tape or thumbtacks. I actually tested Scotch Wall safe tape with my cricut cutting mats. It held up the mat with a single small piece of tape one two surfaces (wall and melamine desk).

Wish I had this long ago
Where was this product in my preteen years? It would have saved me a lot of "you're in trouble now!" moments w/ things I taped and made look bad or left residue. I use this type of tape WAY more than regular tape. Sticks good and comes off easy.

Fine on walls, damages paper when removed
Was advised this might be less likely to damage paper when removed but behaved similar to regular scotch or masking tape, typically pulling off paper when removed. I've gone back to using painter tape when I want to have a good chance of removing tape from paper without damaging the paper
