My dog was hit by a car and broke his tibula/fibula. $8,000 so far getting his leg fixed with surgery. He is SUPPOSED to be taking it easy for 6 - 8 weeks while he heals and it's just so hard to keep him down I'm so worried he isn't going to heal as fast so I got this stuff to help. Have no idea how well it works yet, I will report back once he is healed. My dog wouldn't eat this stuff either, but if there is a will there is a way! I bought 00 plastic capsules on Amazon and filled them up like a pill and fed it to him in pill form. 2 capsules is about 1 scoop. I want my fur baby to heal and whatever it takes to make him heal faster I will do.

My border collie (45#, 5yo) broke her femur getting hit by a fedex delivery fan the end of Feb. Purchased this item to add to her food as she's struggling to mend it on her own. For 2 feedings I did 1 tiny scoop & she refused to touch it. This item is not for picky eaters. You cannot return or get a refund on this item either. Buyer beware, it was a waste for us.

I’ve been using this powder daily mixed in with a raw diet at breakfast for three old dogs and it seems to be good for them. My old girl is a fifteen year old corgi/heeler mix who is still an amazing swimmer. One little old boy chihuahua mix ( a chiweenie ) of around the same age is still quite agile although he does not like to swim, and a six year old “cheagle” who is in great shape and spirit. I decided to try a mushroom mix after much reading about the many health benefits of various mushrooms for both humans and dogs.

This product has potential for being great but quite frankly, my dog gagged on it.No matter what I did (per manufacturer recommendations) I couldn't get it down her. My Aussie became so aware as to the smell and taste, she went running when it was in the air.

I can only give it 4 stars for now because I haven't gone through the whole jar yet. Once the jar is done we'll do another x-ray and see if the chipped bone has healed at all.

My dog won’t touch these no matter what I mix it with... tried about 5 different things and she won’t eat it. Can’t say if it works or not, as I can’t get any in her.

Then they suggested a laser treatment... which did not work either. It has been over a year since he has been taking them... and if you didn't know he has a broken leg... you could not tell by watching him walk or run. And HE certainly doesn't know he has a broken leg.
