Excellent steam iron! This iron heats up fast and works beautifully. It glides smoothly, removes wrinkles easily, and the steam is strong for its size. It’s also lightweight and comfortable to hold. Great quality for the price — I highly recommend it!

The iron worked very well, but it stopped working only after a few uses. I contacted the manufacturer and customer support promptly replaced the iron after I explained the problem and took a few pictures--Excellent. The replacement iron has been working just fine, no problems so far.

Overall this is a great iron. It’s easy to use, is lightweight, and a decent value for the money. The steam feature helps with removing stubborn wrinkles and it has a nice long cord. It’s also easier than other irons I’ve had to put water in which is nice. My only complaint is that every once in a while it seems like it leaks when I’m ironing. Doesn’t happen all the time. Have had this iron for quite a while and still going strong.

This iron is lightweight and GLIDES across the material! I iron a lot, and having an iron that supports my needs is very important. My last lightweight iron, which I really liked, had no top over the water supply hole, and water sloshed out when moving the iron across the article I was ironing. This one solves that problem. I love how easily it moves! I highly recommend.

After my old iron I've had for 15+ years starting leaking water, I searched for a replacement. I chose this model because it's not too big and not too small, and I didn't want anything digital or complicated. I've had irons with non-stick surfaces before, and the non-stick surface always comes off; therefore; I was interested in trying the stainless steel surface. So far, it glides easily over clothes. My last iron had a retractable cord which was tricky to retract and in recent years would retract if I bumped it when I was ironing (very frustrating); therefore, I was happy to have a cord that I could just wind around the base. Winding the cord around the base is working well for me. The iron gets much hotter than my old model, and the steam is good. Like all irons I've ever used, it does drip water at times. It's fine with me that the steam is automatic at high temperatures. If I ever need to use it at high temps without steam, I just won't put water in the reservoir. It is difficult to see the water level in the reservoir, but I can live with that. I need to put on my glasses and shine my phone flashlight on it to see the water level. It took me a while to figure out the rhyme and reason of when the red light comes on; it has something to do with the resetting the internal timer for the automatic shutoff feature. I would rather just see the red light on when the iron is turned on.

DO NOT BUY A BLACK AND DECKER IRON. Ordered this exactly 2 yrs. ago, worked OK ( I'd say I only used it 20 times). Now it won't heat properly, I can touvh the soleplate and know it's not hot enough to press cotton fabric, starter light continually flashes on/off without reaching proper temp for ironing. Purchased Feb. 8, '24, didn't receive till Feb. 15, but I called Black/Decker Feb.12, '26, and they wouldn't honor warranty. So now I have a piece of junk destined for landfill. VERY DISAPPOINTED DOESN'T EVEN COVER IT.

I am a fan of Black & Decker products because they consistently deliver durable, quality products. My Black & Decker Light 'N Easy Compact Steam Iron is easy to use and removes wrinkles very well. My family and I love this iron; it has provided us with many months of great-looking clothes.

Does not have steam button option which is not cool for me so that is the deal breaker for me and It feels cheap. Too late to return so guess will be a yard sale item.

Hoy después de no usarla un largo rato quizás hasta un mes, empezó a parpadear la luz roja y no se calienta, tampoco tira vapor.

I received this iron today what a disappointment, it looks good but i cannot use it because the plug is not a three pin plug it is a two pin (see photo) I want to send it back but it says i can only send by UPS pick up point and as i don’t drive or go out much this is very hard for me to do. So if you live abroad and want a two pin iron this looks good for you In the end i rung customer service and got a full refund.
