It’s a nice starter package to try out “the system” of how to insert and empty the cup or any of the discs, in 2 sizes. The cup is a nice shape that works best on most that don’t have kids, if I were to estimate on my very limited experience of trying out 2 other cups in the smaller size. My niece did gave birth to more than one child and she had used a cup (other brand though) of the bigger size for months or years even before she tested out and thus realized she had better comfort with the smaller size as well so the guideline for sizes is just that: a guideline. It is a bit of a stiffer/sturdier type of cup than my Lamazuma cup, though softer than my other generic non-branded one so a good in between try out size. The discs are very new to me, have tried some but one succeeded in actual use for 1 month, the other months it didn’t really work yet. I did figure out though my added discomfort these last months doesn’t come from using the cup though. Cup works by causing a vacuum seal around your cervix. You first “break” that vacuum by pushing in the cup at the sides (with finger up there, yes) allowing air in and thus loosen the cup. Definitely do not skip this step to experience the least discomfort possible!! The discs however rest underneath the cervix, without any vacuum needed to hold it in place. For the detailed explanation I would recommend checking out several great (and solid) information videos on YouTube. I learned a lot from the channels ‘Period Nirvana’ or ‘put a cup in it’. The discs are indeed a small and a large one with a string in purple and a large one with a ring you can hook your finger through to pul it out

the material is sturdy yet flexible, and it could work great to carry your disc/cup, but it's definitely on the small side. i have a cora disc and the two saalt ones, and they don't fit entirely on the thing. i really wanted to like it, but guess i'll have to find another sterilizing cup to do the job :/

Mon disque rentre dedans.
