I decided to buy this 2 heart birthstone ring after buying a similar ring from a competitor a year prior. So I have first-hand experience of how better the PaulaMax ring is as compared to its competitor's ring.First about the quality: the hearts are well shaped, the engravings are clear as crystal and can be easily read. The engravings are placed well in the middle so it does not run off either edge of the ring (the competitor's did run off). The overall ring is very well crafted and is an awesome gift. My wife absolutely loves it. A picture is attached. Furthermore, this ring was at a better price as compared to it's competition and has a 3 week shorter delivery time .The only issue was that one ring box was not closing shut, I contacted PaulaMax and they sent me a replacement straight away. I like to HIGHLIGHT THIS POINT: This is the best customer service I have received on Amazon till date. I am so happy with my purchase and with PaulaMax that I will definitely order all future rings from them. (PS: I have bought 5 rings from them).One doubt that I had when buying was that this product did not have the 'prime' tag on it. (I think) it's only because the time between placing the order and it reaching you is not 2 days. The engraving takes more than 2 days but the delivery, once the ring is complete, is 2 days.

I gave this ring to my girlfriend over two years ago now. She wears it every day, removes it almost never. She absolutely loves the ring and having our names and birthstones is a really nice, personal touch to a ring for a couple.About a month ago she discovered a small chip in the sapphire stone - I decided to check in on my purchase history to see if there were any easy options available for having it fixed. To my relief, this product has THREE YEAR WARRANTY on the stones. I sent the company a message and included some photos of the damaged ring and they sent me a new ring! My girlfriend was very pleased and equally, if not more, relieved than myself. The ring has made it through thick and thin, I'm sure that's why they guarantee a warranty of that duration. It is very strong.I will certainly be shopping with this company again.

I love this ring so much, it came perfectly engraved like I asked. The band and stones are a nice size and do not overpower my fingers which is good since I have small hands. It took a bit longer than normal orders to arrive but it is worth the wait and of course they need to get it right. :) The couple of times I spoke to the seller, they were prompt and very polite with the reply. I am very very pleased and would order jewelry from this company again.

I absolutely love this ring!! I bought it to wear in place of my wedding rings with our wedding date to infinity & our names & birthstones. My husband passed on January 25 in his sleep. My son purchased this sweetheart ring for his girlfriend before leaving to join the Marines. He wanted to surprise her so guessed at her ring size. I ordered this ring for my sister at 11 at night after getting off a long day of work. I was tired struggling for last minute gift ideas and not paying close enough attention🤦‍♀️My phone autocorrected my nieces name because it doesn't like how my sister spells it, and in my delirious state didn't even realize it. I received the ring, I was excited and admiring it, thinking wow she's going to love it. And then in a sudden state of horror realize my horrid mistake. I brought this for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. I ordered her ring size and it was a perfect fit, The engraving is nice and clear and readable and the stones are really pretty colors, The est delivery date was not until the end of June middle of July and it came yesterday . My fiancé brought this ring as an alternative to my original engagement ring due to my expensive ring becoming small when my fingers swell for medical reasons. Very nice looking ring however it does feel like plastic in your hand and the writing is very tiny
