I ordered this product because of the excellent reviews about the service from the company. The set arrived and I was immediately impressed with the quality of the product, the cameras have a much more expensive feel to them. I received a message from Milly asking if I needed any help getting set up. I got a bit stuck trying to connect my iphone to the receiver via the net. Milly was BRILLIANT, extremely polite and helpful and kept in touch even after it was all fixed, to make sure I was happy. Amazing service and on a Saturday afternoon too. The picture quality is very good, there is so much choice with theses security cameras it can be very difficult to decide who to purchase from. I am very happy with this company having the peace of mind that the customer service is so good takes the worry out of the purchase. Thank you Milly.

Good CCTV system that works well and with a great clear picture. Using in a large building with heavy concrete walls so have had to use a couple of extension aerials to get the range to work, but even with this we get a good clear and consistent signal.The system also works with an app on your phone so you can view the cameras and play back remotely. All seems to work well so far, but can be a little slow connecting depending on your internet speed where the CCTV is located.NVR interface and app design aren't the most intuitive pieces of software in the world, but you find your way around them eventually.One minor issue with one camera and it's arial not quite working. However, TonTon has excellent customer service and has quickly arranged replacement of this unit once the trouble shooting didn't resolve the issues.

I looked around for a long time before I purchased these. I have had a wireless system before although wasn’t great at all. This system is fantastic, easy to install and well worth the money.One camera is set up over 75 metres away and instantly gave a great picture.If you want to PIR, record, screen shot, zoom in, take a quick record, see things at night in clear picture, this does it all.Milly is a star if you need help and you even get a WhatsApp number to assist or direct email.Want a system that works, is easy to install, just get this, also available in other formats.

Monitor keeps switching itself off ,had it less than 12 months also makes annoying clicking noise ! Soooooo,not happy

So I am not technically minded, but after a few burglaries close to me I knew I had to invest in a cctv system for my house. I had to choose between self installation or pro instal. Knowing nothing I did my research via Amazon reviews. I came across this product (4 channel all in one) and the 5* reviews of the product and customer service. Having read what everyone was saying I looked at Tonton's other listings and reviews and concluded that it had to be within my capabilities to do this, and that if i had a problem , i was guaranteed support. So i made the purchase. What can i say. The box arrived. I unpacked it. I followed the simple instructions and had watched YouTube video guides. Within minutes , all the cameras and the NVR were all working in the kitchen. I then set about installing them at the front and back of the house. This took me two days because of the way I did it and ran the power sources etc. I then walk mounted the NVR snd (excuse the non tech language) piggy backed one camera onto another ro enhance its wifi quality. So simple I didnt even need any instructions! Over the next few days the system slowed down a d then stopped working with the phone app. I tried several things without success. I contacted customer services via WhatsApp. Wow what an experience. Despite being in bed, she replied to me and said dont worry I will sort this for you. I was sent by email two files to update the NVR snd the cameras and full instructions on how to do this. She made sure I was totally comfortable with the process before I started. I uploaded the files onto the nvr snd upgraded the nvr snd cameras...boom...all working, and all is perfect! The help I received was kind, professional and immediate. I then made a mistake when ordering a further camera. Customer services realised what I had done and contacted me via whatsapp to explain my error and immediately offered me advice on what I should have purchased, how to do so, how it would work with my system a and a discount to help me make the further purchase. Without doubt the best customer service experience I have ever experienced in any product I have ever purchased. Quite outstanding!!!! And the product matches it. I cant recommend this enough!

The media could not be loaded.  I found this unit easy to install. It worked first time. The quality of the pictures, both day and night is excellent. I had two minor problems. The first was that the unit detection buzzer would not switch off. And this is very annoying as passing people and vehicules kept triggering it. The other was that the furthest camera from the unit kept losing its picture, due to poor signal. Both these problems have now been rectified, thanks to the advice given by Abby at Tonton service. Overall I'm very pleased with the quality and performance of this unit.

Its ok it does the job. Screen and cameras turn off sometimes but come back on quickly but you have to use the mouse each time to set privacy. Picture quality is average in the daytime. Night picture quality is ok but not brilliant as number plates are difficult to make out. Its very easy to set up though and its ok for the price. Monitor is about the right size, its not too big as to be intrusive but its big enough to see all 4 cameras easily. The sensativity of the cameras is easily set off no matter what setting you use. All the camera angle adjustments are done by alan key which is very fiddly.
