This is a awesome camera, at first you have to be patient do not install it on your car just have it on your hands connect it to the power and do all your settings ones you know everything is working properly then proceed to do your installation. the camera has a very good picture quality you can connect your smartphone to it and download videos and pictures if the camera screen turns off like I show in the picture don't panic the camera does it to keep the temperature low but it will keep recording all your videos, the only annoying thing is the over speeding alarm but I've just turned all the volume down and problem fix but this camera is five out of five stars

Easy to set up, but the tool to tuck the wires broke before I was done. Each camera captures all necessary angles. The voice control works well, but it has to be quiet in the vehicle in order for it to hear and it must be said exact. It has a very large memory card and it connects to wifi very easily! I got a great price too, as I bought it during prime days!

Purchased Hardwire Kit with it and installed (professionally for $99) in my Honda Ridgeline under the rear-view mirror. Low-profile w/no concerning windshield obstruction. Great 360* views with manually-adjustable L-R cams. WiFi connected easily. Voice commands worked perfectly without having to train the device to my voice. Instruction Manual could be better—written by a native Chinese speaker & published w/o native English speaker review. Could also use some more/clearer details on cam operation. WiFi distance isn’t as great as claimed—disconnects by the the time I reach my rear wheelwell. GPS hasn’t connected well yet—speed shows much greater than actual & speeding alarm goes off (still can’t figure out how to turn it off—back to comment on instruction manual). Phone app is very basic with low star ratings from users; because cam screen is so small/hard to read after install, wish app mirrored the cam screen to allow setup and settings from app—but it doesn’t. Bottom line, this is a great dashcam for the Amazon discounted price.

Great dash camera with 360 degree all around coverage .the added ai features are a must have. Front and back along with left and righ side coverage is so good. Good quality video.

Front camera doesn't record right, just discover d after a month. Requested for a replacement, still the same. Will return both ASAP. The camera looks ok, but when uploaded the microSD to laptop, the video on front is damaged and can't even maintain a good stable video recording. Using the app, Ok! But the front camera recordings won't play.... Just hanging/not playing.

We have installed 3 of these dash cams in our vehicles and all work very well. The AI features are not all useful. The alerts are very annoying and we have shut them off for the most part due to the annoying alerts. Maybe the settings can be adjusted to a tolerable number of alerts but it is not the main purpose for us to be using the dash cams so we have not worked on adjusting the settings much. Recommend the OBD II power connecting cable to make quick and easy instlallation.

This is a very good 4 channels dash cam and the unit comes in a very professionally packaged box, comes with all the necessary accessories, the housing is built very study (ie: not cheap plastic) with a very good high-quality feel. The recorded and live video quality are crisp and clear. The connection cable that comes with the rear camera has sufficient length to connect from the rear of my SUV to the dash cam underneath my rear-view mirror. I like the unit accessories also come with a spare set of mounting brackets and windshield adhesive clear plastic mounting sheet/tape. However, there are a few areas that this unit can be improved: (a) the adhesive foam tape that comes with this unit could not hold the unit and would lose its adhesiveness when the ambient temperature exceeded 30-degree Celsius no matter how many more times and how hard I press it against the windshield, and I had to purchase better quality foam tape instead. (b) Although the LCD display screen is large and it is likely because it needs to be in order to display 4 channels simultaneously, the physical size of this dash cam "big" and with 2 "wings" extended sideway hanging underneath my rear-view mirror after the installation. It would be wonderful if everything on this unit becomes just little bit smaller so it wouldn't be visually so "big". However, this is definitely my subjective impression of this unit and in fact there is nothing wrong with this unit. (c) It would be wonderful if the driver alert speed setting in the AI facial recognition feature can have two additional "higher speed" limits. Currently, the highest speed limit setting is only 100 km. I frequently drive more than 100 Km and would prefer the alerts do not come on until after a much higher speed setting.
