Why can't I set the humidity level?

The default factory mode is continuous dehumidification mode, which doesn't allow for humidity level adjustments. Press the CONT button to switch to Normal mode (indicator light off), where you can set your preferred humidity level.

Yes. Connect the drainage hose for automatically drain. The built-in condensate pump can lift water up to 16.4 ft (5m), allowing for flexible placement and drainage.
