great product for the price!
This was actually really easy to put on, and I liked that it was wireless. I also appreciated all the features. Tested it out all day and it seemed to be pretty reliable. happy with my purchase.

Good product. Easy to install
Good product. Easy to install. I like that they provide options of mounting the odometer temporarily so it can be moved around or removed easily when leaving your bike parked. And a more permanent option of mounting. Also like that even when mounted permanent, the odometer can still be removed from it's mount and stored in your pocket while the bike is left parked. Takes a little while to get used to using all the functions. Several revisits to the instructions to access all functions. Directions for function operation could be slightly more intuitive, without having to revisit manual. Good product. I would recommend it to a friend.

from One Star to four
Update: The seller contacted me about my original one star rating due to the device not working and the short warranty period. It turns out that the set-up instructions which came with the odometer left out some very critical steps. If you run into a problem with setting up the device; contact Smile & Satisfaction because they have a much better and detailed instrucions.

Not bad at all, surpassed expectations
I was very skeptical of this model and how well the wireless would work. I have taken it on two long rides and clocked about 20 miles on the odometer so far and it is working great. I'm not sure I would trust it getting wet despite the claim that the unit is waterproof. The unit comes with batteries for both the transmitter and the receiver. I am satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it. The build quality is a little cheap and flimsy but that is expected for how inexpensive the unit is.

Battery insert problem!
Had it one hour and attempted to put the battery in. The three battery retainer clips were [are] too "tight" and thus do not allow battery to be inserted. I stopped trying because I did not want to break clips and not be able to return item for refund. I read many reviews and did not come across any other buyers who reported the same problem I encountered. The item manual suggests using a [small] slot/straight screw driver to assist in putting battery in unit. I followed this suggestion without success. May function effectively?? Will return item tomorrow and request refund.

Junk Not my first rodeo
Absolute junk I now have to buy another and likely spend way more. First, stays on all the time and runs down the battery. I'm replacing batteries way to often. I've resorted to using my phone which I don't like to do. I spend more time adjusting the dumb thing so it will read my distance only to have it work a half mile then go back and forth. I honestly have had issues after a few month in, switched to another bike and it is even worst. My other odometer different brand actually would shut off until the bike moved, thus preventing battery drainage.

Works for me
Got into road biking and wanted something to track my speed and mileage. This fit the bill. Large display numbers and the night light is great. Took a while to get it aligned right...instructions are kinda...blah. But once it's on it's great. One thing I wish it could do is shut off. Battery drained...but took a while for it to do so. Just stock up on batteries, because for the price I think it's worth it.

Easy to see in day light, and all mounts up pretty straightforward. That's what I was looking for.
Gave 4 stars because I like it, everything attached well, and Size is nice for reading in day light. Would have given 5 stars if it had a backlight for night riding. I knew it didn't have the light when buying, but after trying a wireless other brand and having trouble setting up, just wanted one that would set up well. This seems to fit the bill...

Good Device, just read the User manual!
I am happy with this purchase. This is quite simple to set up. Just spend 2 or 3 minutes reading the instruction manual. When setting up the sensors on the wheel of the bike, make sure that they are close enough to each other.I think the device is pretty accurate too. I tested it with my phone GPS and gave about the same speed. I will recommend it. Just make sure you READ THE USER MANUAL!
