Great for mailing HCFA forms!
These work well for mailing HCFA 1500 claims. The adhesive on the lip is nice so no licking is required. Maybe not quite as sturdy as some other envelopes but they are also taller than a regular envelope so I don’t have to do has much folding to fit them in while still trying to keep the address in the window.

These are convenient and even easier than self-seal envelopes with the peel off strip. I do feel like I need to add a piece of tape if the envelope is really full, just in case.

Love self close
No more licking! We do not mail out a ton of 1500 forms but when we do it is so nice to place the 1500 form in the envelope, adhere the flaps and throw on a stamp. Nothing is better!

Closed envelope opens up in one day
On my last purchase of this product, the seal opens up after one day. I have to use scotch tape for it to remain closed during mail delivery. Not buying this one any more.

CMS 1500 fits perfectly in the envelope
Ordered these envelopes twice now and will order a 3rd time if needed. The envelope is perfect for CMS 1500. Love the self seal. The envelope itself is larger which makes folding a breeze.
