Regular and pain free.
For many years I have been constipated and always having problems being regular and having pain all the time, trying to describe this delicately. I am on a heart medication, blood pressure medication which is most likely the cause of my problem. I started taking this by my dietician suggestion, 2 tables in the evening with a whole glass of water. This is the first time in many years I am finally regular and more important pain free.

GLP-1 users, this is what you’re looking for!
WARNING**** TMI TALKING ABOUT POOP*** I take Zepbound and was having some constipation. I HATE OTC stuff like colace or miralax so I decided to try a supplement. After some armchair research I found this. It took 3 days for max pooping. Day 1- a little tiny poop but a poop- was grateful because it had been 3 days! Day 2- a small, but formed poop- Day 3- this morning I pooped two GIANT logs. Like solid poops that came out with minimal effort and left no mess.. like a ghost poop. Sooooo I’m just gonna say, if you’re on a GLP-1 and need some help with pooping- I totally recommend this. Seriously, I feel lighter.. 😂 10/10 would recommend if you wanna poop but not destroy your gut and toilet.

Good product, but consistently short on quantity
This product works amazingly well for the first month or two and then gradually less so beyond that. I still use it, but now also add some additional magnesium pills to get same result as I initially did with just these alone. I’d actually still give the product 4 stars, but I’ve purchased about 10 bottles of their products overall, and every single one of them have been short of the labeled quantity by a pill or two. They are expensive so feel you should at least get what you pay for.
