I've had my iPad since 2021 but never really made much use of it (only for the ocassional drawiong and sketching) but once I bought this magic keyboard, it was a complete gamechanger. I use this ipad more thanks to this keyboard because it just adds a new dimension to this ipad. It makes it feel like a mini macbook that has a touch screen. You can use this on the plane to work, take notes, watch movies and move. Highly recommend. It had a great apple quality keyboard and functions work exactly like a macbook. It connects well to the ipad and looks amazing! It also protects the ipad without adding too much weight to the overall carry.

Really great keyboard. Very convenient that it has a charge port, and that it’s easy to take the iPad out to use without a case. I agree with some of the reviews that it can be top heavy on my lap, but I still use it on my lap and have never had it fall off or anything. On my lap, I do treat it a little more carefully than I do my laptop PC. It’s great for typing and does make it close to the feel of a laptop. The mouse action on the iPad doesn’t quite feel like a laptop but it works fine once you adjust to it. Hard to explain but with the mouse it feels slightly harder to pinpoint the spot I want in a Word file, but then it doesn’t matter because I can tap the screen to put the cursor where I want it. No problem with battery life. So glad I have it.

My fiancé was extremely excited to get this as a gift for her birthday. If it’s extremely perfect on the iPad Air and fully exceeds all expectations. Honestly feel feels better to use this attachment on the iPad Air, then opening up our MacBook Pro. The trackpad is extremely touchy and works very well.

It’s smooth and easy to use. Love the fact that you can charge your iPad through the keyboard. I got the black one and I love it. It does add a lot of weight to my iPad Air but it’s solid and feels almost like a laptop. Strong magnet and the material feels expensive. My issue is the keyboard does not have a backlight. Only light I see is the one on the “Caps Lock” button. That would’ve made this perfect but for the price, it’s not worth it if you’re on a budget. If you have the money and like Apple products, then get it. It feels complete with this.

This keyboard is expensive, but I think it’s worth it. It’s amazing how it just magnetically attaches and automatically pairs. It truly seems magical. It’s super responsive and the layout is well spaced enough that typing is easy. It is heavy, heavier than the iPad Air itself, which might be inconvenient for some people, but all in all, I’d say it’s a great product

My last iPad, an iPad 9th generation, had the Logitech Combo Touch keyboard case, which I liked a lot. It had protection for the iPad, which this doesn't, and a removable backlit keyboard which was convenient. The case definitely add a bit of bulk and weight but if you're prone to banging-up your iPad, which I'm not, it's a plus. Also the build quality was good. So why didn't I buy it again for my new iPad? The complaints in the reviews about poor build quality were prominent. Very prominent. The build quality of this keyboard case is outstanding, like one would expect for a premium Apple product. The surprise was how readable the non-backlit keyboard is in dim light. The best I've ever seen. Having the same layout as my MacBook makes this keyboard feel familiar from the first time. When the keyboard isn't needed it can pulled off, saving weight. As for the weight issue: it needs to have some weight to keep the iPad from falling on its back. Lastly being able to charge from a USB C port on the case leaves the USB C port on the iPad free for data use, which I need. Overall it's highly recommended. Yes, it's a premium keyboard and stand at a premium price, but like most Apple products it's a fair exchange.

Great for new IPad Air! The camera area fits and it is a strong magnet to connect the iPad! Great purchase. The box came a bit damaged but the keyboard was great
