ADVANCED THERAPY GEL

I ordered the blue label advanced cream - and I received the Biotone Lavender purple label. Lucky for them I absolutely loved the lavender, which I otherwise would have probably never tried in my spa because I prefer scentless creams- but wow, I enjoyed a wonderful massage with it before using it in spa today on my clients and I was blown away. Perfectly lightly scented, silky, amazing warmed, a nice sheen to the skin which feels nourishing, not greasy. Almost a sin to hot towel it off. Could be a holy grail product for me. I'm a Sacred Earth girly but Biotone is quickly winning me over with its lotions and creams. May be time to try the gel.

Great massage lotion. Absorbs quickly. Non-greasy. Fragrance is light and neutral.

I'm definitely hooked on this gel. It has great glide, good feel and has a pleasant, subtle scent that works well for all my clients. It's so good I use it as my personal body oil for skin care after showering. It is excellent on it's own but also works well with a little fractionated coconut oil mixed in, in case you want more slick and less stick. Isn't too bad with staining sheets either, it comes out in the wash most every time. Good shelf life too.

I've been a certified massage therapist in Colorado since 1992. At one time I saw 23 people a week for 10 years. Biotone massage gel was what I used then and still use now. I tried various other products, including Biotone products, but for me, this was my medium of choice. It has oil in it, so it glides beautifully, but it is not all oil, so it is less oily than using oils alone. That makes it less messy for both client and therapist. Other people like the Biotone cream, but I find it too heavy and cumbersome to work with. The gel is easy to apply, spread, and work with. It has no odor, which is important to me. The clients like the way it feels on their skin. And the product keeps well. At my peak, I was ordering 4 gallons at a time. Now I'm semi-retired, living in Florida, and doing an occasional massage, but I still use this gel. I recommend it without reservation.

The creme is a great consistency and easy to glide with while doing a massage. The only issue I have is the pump. I didnt even get to use it. I rrad the reviews that also expressed the same issues so I carefully untwisted the pump to open it and it sprang apart. At this point I would just prefer a twist on lid without the pump. Please be wary of faulty pump and I hope the company can address the issue and fix it for good. We massage therapists need a decent dispenser! But product is great!

I have been using Biotone Advanced Therapy gel for well over a decade. I try others, but come back to this product for the versatility. Not only does it last longer due to the minimal amount needed to work effectively, but I can go from bodywork and swedish massage, to working with a more specialized population of clients. I love the sesame oil in this product for my palliative/hospice clients where the skin is thinner and often less hydrated. It's a standard in my office and when I do hospital based massage. The light scent, how it's easily absorbed, leaving the skin soft and supple is an added plus!

Using this for the last 10+ years. Same product, no changes. It has the right consistency for a professional massage. Comes from a reputable manufacturer. Just make sure you buy it from a reputable source. I would recommend the manufacturer to print the date when they were filled right on the product. It does last 6 months to a year though after you open it. Buy the larger gallon bottle only if you use it in not more than a year.

If gel is your go to massage lotion ... Biotone is the industry standard. Works wonderfully for great glide and no need for excess product.

Very nice massage gel. Cleans off easily and does not stain nice texture and smell.

Good gel for massage. It glides well, and dont need to reapply as often as other lubricants. It does have a bit of a scent though, not overly strong but it is noticeable.
