It's only been a week of consistent use, but I can confidently say they are affective. I notice decrease in appetite and have not had the urge to snack since taking this supplement. The not snacking part is very important. I eat once early in the morning, around 6 or 7 am. I am able to hold my fast comfortably for the next 11 or 12 hours.
