Amazing WiFi
The TP-Link BE10000 Wi-Fi 7 Range Extender is an absolute revelation for anyone tired of spotty signals and buffering woes—it’s transformed my entire 2,500-square-foot home into a seamless Wi-Fi paradise with blistering tri-band speeds up to 10 Gbps that handle 4K streaming, gaming marathons, and a house full of smart devices without breaking a sweat. Setup via the intuitive Tether app was a breeze, syncing effortlessly with my existing router in under two minutes via WPS, and the four high-gain antennas with Beamforming tech blasted away dead zones, delivering rock-solid 6 GHz connections even through thick walls. The 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port is a lifesaver for wired setups, while EasyMesh compatibility means I can expand my network endlessly without hiccups. Sleek, compact, and future-proof for Wi-Fi 7’s low-latency magic like MLO, this powerhouse has me ditching my old extender for good—TP-Link just redefined effortless, elite coverage!

Strong and reliable. Worth the price.
Strong and reliable. Easy setup. Worth the price. This device works where the cheaper one’s failed. Great for difficult spots where you need a strong, fast and reliable connection.

Great extender for high speed connections
This TP-Link RE813XE Wi-Fi range extender did a wonderful job of getting my new 6G band to reach easily in the upstairs of my home. It was super easy to set up with WPS so I had it up and running within mere minutes. The range covers the upper part of my 3200 SF house without any issues and connectivity is smooth and consistent. As expected, the 6G band of my upgraded internet doesn't penetrate walls as easly as the 2G and 5G, but this booster means I can keep my 6G signal no matter where I am in the house. Woks well with my iPhone 15 pro and my laptop when using a 6G capable wireless adapter (even my relatively new high end laptop didn't come prepared to capture the 6G band signal, though it runs pretty well on 5G.

Great overall, Easymesh MLO doesnt work, Easymesh via ethernet is confusing (possibly broken)
Right out the box, slapping it in an outlet and getting it set up with tether and easymesh is really easy and works really well. Much better signal with this new setup. Unfortunately that's not all there is to it. I have a tplink be600 I use with this, and expected to be able to carry over the MLO band as well as the others, it don't work that way, you just get a completely seperate MLO band, which makes no sense to me. Also I have an ethernet cable set up between the two, taking it from wireless to ethernet immediately worked, but also started some weird issues. It no longer shows the the original 2.4, 5, and 6ghz bands connected via easymesh from the original router. Weirdly they all still show up in the extender's wifi bands and work as if they originally did, not sure if they got any more reliable though. Help online is outdated at best, but supposedly easymesh should still work over ethernet. Otherwise, the extender works very well, like I wish extenders did a decade ago. I'd give 4.5/5 if I could, especially if you can get it for around $150 like I did. 250 for an extender is a little steep, especially since mlo doesnt work with easymesh.

works great to extend my wifi for gaming
Works great so far, I have a spectrum 6E router and one room in my house that is my gaming room and did not get the best wifi signal so after some research I decided on this wifi extender to see if that would help and it was pretty straightforward to connect with my setup just downloaded the TP-link tether app followed instructions and its been great since I had 3 bars of wifi converge now I have full 5 and all my devices that are connected have an excellent connection I have a PC, steam deck, nintendo switch and Playstation 5 thats hard wired ethernet and ps portal that would disconnect every couple minutes and now it hasn't disconnected once since I hooked up the extender. Im very happy with the connections to all my devices now

Excellent WiFi range extender.
This WiFi range extender was just the thing we needed for our home network. Upload and download speeds increased for all of the computers at the far reaches of the house. We have never experienced an outage and it has been a set-and-forget operation. We would happily buy another one if we needed to.

Avoid - Causes continual reboots of the main router in mesh network
Does not work in EasyMesh setup with other TP-Link products. Initial setup was easy and everything was seemingly up and running quickly with this added as another node in my network. However, within minutes the main router (GE800) began rebooting. I figured there must be a firmware update. Updated this extender, no updates for the main router, updated my other satellite (BE800) in the mesh network. Time to try again....same result. I went into the main router DHCP settings and reserved a specific IP for the extender thinking that maybe there was a conflict being created. Restarts all around and time to try again. Same result. I saw various online reports of similar issues when enabling MLO, MU-MIMO, and other settings. Tried everything. Same result - within minutes of connecting this extender to my network the main router reboots and continues to reboot over and over every few minutes. Now I have the extender unplugged and just taking up space as a paper weight. Without the extender as a new mesh node my network is very stable with no issues. I have had good luck with TP-Link products in the past, but this one misses the mark and doesn't feel like it was ready for release and doesn't play nice in existing networks. I'd avoid this one for now until new firmware is released that fixes the issues.
