What a fantastic product! The aroma is amazing, and great tasing. The color is bright and completely fresh, I use it in many of my cooking and baking. Great tasting spice!!! I found out that cinnamon is great for health, and that Ceylon Cinnamon is what is recommended. not Cassia. So I purchased this because it had great reviews. Spice Way Ceylon Cinnamon is a great tasting spice to add to desserts, muffins, home-made granola, and gelatin desserts!!!

I have ordered this a few times already. Ceylon cinnamon is sweeter than regular cinnamon and has a smoother taste. As well Ceylon cinnamon is the only version that helps reduce and regulate your blood sugar levels. I like to use it in hot chocolate, coffee, deserts, on sweet potatoes, on toast, and even in my curry recipe. This is a far better value than buying it in a bottle. I kept an old cinnamon bottle and refill it from the bag. I would highly recommend you try this cinnamon.
