I stand corrected!
While the hose did break - I was able to contact J&B by Googling them. Once I got the contact information they were very easy to work with and sent my hose out right away! I would recommend this company foe their amazing response time and customer service...also, the hose seems to be a very good quality - the last one that broke must have been a fluke.

Great product AND they honor their warranty
I love this hose because it allows me to maneuver it around easily and effortlessly. The quality of the hose is very good and the spray nozzle effective and good quality as well. When I received it, it came in a great storage bag and warranty information. I saved it. A few weeks ago - after a lot of use - there was a small leak in the hose. I took out the warranty tag and emailed the warranty contact with the claim and they sent a replacement right away.Great product and great service. This is the one to get.

Nice
Durable, easy to use, pretty lightweight. Copper is much better than plastic. The plastic one I bought didn't last a week!

So easy to use and store
This purchase is my third time. The hoses have been so easy to use and they are light until filled with water. One of my three year old hoses of this brand started leaking around the metal end, but I prefer getting the same thing because I find these much more preferable than heavy, hard to crank- back-in-the-hose-container ones. Hose containers are ridiculously expensive these days and when not in use I just drop my hose in a simple outdoor ceramic pot/planter. No need to buy an expensive one with a hole to thread the hose through. Bring the hose inside for the winter.

Manufacturing quality is terrible
The media could not be loaded. This hose worked great for about three hours, then it sprung a leak at one of the ends where the hose attaches to the fitting. When the hose malfunctioned, I contacted the seller, giving them all the information they requested, including a video of the hose malfunctioning. It's been nearly a month since I sent that information and video and I contacted them again after waiting three weeks for a reply, but no replacement; not even a reply. Truth be told, I purchased this hose more than a year ago, for a 2nd home that I couldn't visit during the pandemic. I ordered the hose, received it, then put it in a box during the lockdown, so technically, the warranty was up. But that doesn't change the fact that once I finally got to use the hose, it sprung a leak, so caveat emptor—this is garbage!

All the convenience, none of the hassle.
I have watched my wife struggle for years watering her plants around our house using a conventional 5/8 or 3/4 inch garden hose. Finally she got fed up and bought this 100' expandable hose. She didn't tell me that she bought it but I looked it after getting a shipping notification from Amazon. My first thought was that a 100' hose would be a tangled mess after the first use. My second thought was that it would too heavy for her to drag around the property. I was wrong on both counts. I'm not sure its even possible to link this hose and she had to undo a tangle yet. It's quite interesting to watch, what looks like tangles and kinks just work themselves out like magic. As for the weight, no problem, she turns the water off at the valve, takes off the sprayer and then opens the valve back up. With the spray head off the hose empties it self in a matter of seconds. The hose is now back to its original size and weight and can easily be coiled up and fits neatly into a 12" decorative clay pot that she bought just for that purpose.

Great hose, has held up to mountain landscape
Needed a hose that would reach our driveway 30ft up to street level. We live in the mountains, so I also hoped that whatever hose we ended up with could stand up to being drug across rocks, dirt, and pine needles. This hose has held up great with no leaks, no kinks, and no problems with the valves. Takes just a few seconds to start to expand and I can start to stretch it up to the driveway to wash the cars or the deck and stairs. I don’t keep the hose outside, I always run the water out and put away in the bag it comes with. It’s super light weight, so it’s got great maneuverability and it’s easy to store. Will definitely be buying a second one soon.

Lasts 1 year
Bought this hose in April of last year. It just broke and now leaks from middle of the hose and is not useable. It worked well for a year, but clearly not built to last.
