No more slide noise
Using on my swagelock slide on RV. Clean the rail with soap and water and rinse and dry before applying. I was told by an RV tech to only apply to the top and bottom of the rail and not the worm gear. My slide was making a bunch of noise and I was worried about it getting stuck before using this. I apply every 2 to 3 months or when theslide starts making noise. Greta product. Dirt doesn't stick to this after applying. I was also told this is the ONLY product you should use with the swagelock. Hope this helps.

Works great.
This is an amazing product for reducing drag while not letting dust and dirt stick to it. I used on my slide outs on the rv and they worked better right away.

Amazing for spherical bearings/uniballs/rod ends/heim joints
Works wonders for quieting down my Uniballs for my long-travel kit on my Raptor. Wish I knew about this stuff earlier.

Probably Great.
I have always had good results with CRC products. Unfortunately, this one took so long to get delivered that I forgot why I ordered it and thus haven't used it yet. I'm sure I'll remember sooner or later.

Completely dry
This lubricant, when dry, is in fact completely dry! It does go on wet and the nozzle will not accept a spray tube. This reviewer first used it on the drive chains on a Billy Goat lawn vac. The chains do not run fast and they do not transmit a lot of power. They do, when lubricated wet, collect a mess of abrasive debris as a result of the use to which they are being put. Does that abrasive debris cause excess chain wear?? Probably so! This lubricant has also functioned well as a rust preventive on those chains. If you buy this lubricant you will soon find many other uses in situations needing a clean, dry lubricant. Good stuff!

Clean dry lube that isn't good for abrasion
It's okay. I don't know if this is a review of the specific product or just of PTFE sprays in general. I've used a lot of spray on dry lubricants. First of all, the spray contains PTFE particles suspended in a solvent. As the solvent evaporates, the PTFE particles are left behind, adhering to the microscopic irregularities of the surface. Maybe it includes binders or additives to improve adhesion, but, it's not a chemical bond, and it certainly doesn't "penetrate" the surface in a significant way, especially not on hard, non-porous materials like metal and glass. On more porous materials like wood or some rubbers, there might be slight mechanical interlocking as the PTFE settles into the surface texture, but that really doesn't help in the way of lubrication at that point for those materials. This stuff doesn't last long for moving parts (abrasion) and it takes a lot of coats to anything. The good news is the can contains a lot of coats, for me at least. I like that it's a dry lube and that there is absolutely no residue or mess, which is why I got it, but it doesn't work as good as moly, graphite, or boron nitride, which it's not it's not supposed to for abrasion anyways.
