La expansión llegó a tiempo y en buen estado. Muy buena expansión para el juego original, agrega más dificultad.

A small but interesting/fun expansion, which provides mostly extra monsters, but they are largely a success. They can be used either to entirely replace the existing ones by colour, or can even be combined, so that a player can choose whichever they would like. The flying pterodactyls are much more fun than the comparitively boring sharks, and the kraken provide a fun tweak to the sea serpents, including a single tentacle attack! That said, the whales aren't generally great compared to the kaiju, but you might want to use them occasionally. You also get helpful play aids for the new monsters. Then there are some other fun things: eggs which hatch out, and piranhas which can establish a death zone in certain parts of the island (somewhat under player control). Both are fairly easy to use, and add to the general chaos, especially with a lot of players. They both do involve some fiddling with the tiles before use. I personally prefer to replace tiles at random rather than follow the suggestion of removing monsters. Anyway if you want to spice up the game, this is quite a good way of doing so. And all the stuff fits easily into the original box! Recommended, if at a reasonable price.

Bought for grandson’s birthday and he loved it as an add on to his game. He couldn’t wait to play it when he opened the gift! A definite thumbs up.
