These are real good and sharp. Dig in just right, not too much, can adjust how much real good by the pressure put on the bit because they are SHARP! I needed Google clean 1/2" holes in one inch boards on both entrance and exit sides. Was able to release pressure to bit and slowly went in then out. Good clean holes. Drilled a peice of sheet metal for a, see how it works on metal thing. Ate right through it. 1/2" is a good size bit. Ate right through it.

I dont use these that often so I cant comment on lifespan and overall durability as I havent really put them through "work" style pressures. But so far they have been good for my needs on the occasional hole needing to be drilled. Dewalt usually is good quality (in my experience) so I went with these vs a different brand and the price wasnt bad (comparable to others). Great for household use and I would guess for work related use also.

Good quality and value

I am so happy with this drill set. I bought this as the drill bits for the AVID POWER 20V Cordless Drill to me, weren't efficient enough. This set is accurate to the pictures, the variety is there and easy to use. The bits came well oiled as well. So far with my DIY projects, they are holding up. I recommend this set fully.

Great for everything. Pre drill every hole

I had it for less than a minute on concrete construction (wall) and it has started to melt, which means it is not safe for all purposes, I had to replace it with my old 'Bosch' which I found it very satisfying. For an honest opinion don't waste your money on this.
