Works Well
I had purchased a K2 few months ago. They have told me I will not need a monitor, since I can use my phone as one. That is correct, but what they don’t tell you, is that not only the APP is not always stable, but there is a elapsed time between what is happening, and when you actually see on your phone. Sometimes more than 1 second. And when you are riding, a lot can happens in 1 second. So I returned and bought this XR3.0. First I was not sure on the quality, since this model was about $100.00 cheaper than K2, and offered much more features. But since I found out they are an American company, I pulled the trigger. It was easy to install, took me about 45 minutes. I had to contact the manufacturer for some help, and found them very eager to help. Here is what I found:Pros: The smart park is a great idea, since it makes it so easy to connect to battery only. Triggers the camera to start once your bike moves. The actual bullet cameras are much smaller and easy to install. Picture quality is excellent, with a nice night vision. With recording both cameras on one memory card, files were easy to access, and play back is a snap.Cons: The Mic. Records sound of wind and motor noise. However, you can shut the Mic off in the menu, but I wish they had a Bluetooth to record my voice. The Wi-Fi is not NFC. That means every time you like to use your phone as monitor, you have to manually connect. They told me this is common on all Wi-Fi of this sort ( was the same on K2).The main monitor is not waterproof, I guess it is ok if you don’t ride in rain, or want to install under your seat. I had to purchase a waterproof case for the unit, since I ride a lot in rain.I noticed they have another model, ZR1 with Bluetooth and water proof monitor. So I am saving my money.Over all, for the price, this unit cannot be beat.

a Major disappointment as lots of features do not work as advertised and Sykik offers NO support.
Sykik XR3.0First the docs are non existent for some features. The GPS accessory does NOT work at all and of course there are no instructions on how to use/set it up. The rear camera show all images backwards (everything that should be on the right side is now on the left side). The display has a default to turn off after 3 min. The instructions indicate to turn on the display all the time, you have to turn it off (huh?). The display is extremely difficult to see while riding, although it records well and the pictures/video it created were great. The one major issue I have is I set all the parameters then turn my bike off and when I come back later ALL changes are gone and I have to reset them again, including clock and everything else. From my perspective this is the typical great idea with poor implementation similar to other cheap chinese made devices with either extremely poor documentation or none and some features just do not work. Further, WIFI does appear to be working, however I can not connect to it as it just times out forever. On a scale of 1-10 I give this a 10 for the idea, and a 1 or 2 for implementation/design/usebility. Its as if the person who designed this never actually tried to use it. For the cost of all this @$400 and the painful install on a bike, this thing is a MAJOR disappointment. Oh yes and if you want support from Sykik put your message in a bottle and toss in the ocean as that would yield a faster response than trying to reach them as they will not answer emails, etc..

Many Options, Easy Install, Sykik.com customer Chat Support
It saves the previously set date/time when it auto turns on. You can set the screen to go black after 3 minutes or set it to OFF (meaning screen never goes black and always stays on). On sykik.com there is a little chat bubble in the bottom right corner where I instantly messaged a rep and they answered all my questions both times at 530pm eastern time on weekdays. You can view front cam, rear cam, both front and rear with front on left half and rear on right half, or full front cam with a little rear cam window in top left of screen. You have the option to mirror the rear screen 180 OR keep it not mirrored (switch that in settings and it stays saved so you don’t have to change it every time). The apps I use is WIFICAM or WIFICAMERAVIEWER. WiFiCAM sometimes wouldn’t let me view the rear cam, you have to be viewing the rear cam on the 3” display to view the rear cam on your iPhone with WIFICAM. WIFICAMERAVIEWER gives you a button to push on your iPhone screen to switch between front and rear camera live viewing so I use that app more. (There is a 1 second delay between what is really happening around you and seeing it happen on your iPhone but that’s with all WiFi cameras). Connecting wires is so easy, the tips are color coded and you connect colors together, the front cam is a bigger yellow connector and the rear cam is a smaller yellow connector so you can’t connect the wrong cables and the cables are labeled rear and front with a sticker also. If you order on sykik.com ask for a free SD card and you get a 128 Gig free AND it came in 3 days to my house from California to Virginia with usps tracking the whole way.ive had it a week and so far so good.
