It works, and smells good.
Long story short. My Maine coon cat, last summer he started getting matted. I tried the vet twice, they don ‘t get them out. Trouble is Oliver weighs, 22 lbs. and if he doesn’t like something, he doesn’t like me or what I’m doing to him. He actually turns into a lion, growling awful. My friend said she thought we could do it. SO l ordered the frame, the hammock, the detangle, 2 different muzzles. My friend just looked at me and said there’s no way. She was right. But the day before I sprayed him with that detangle and the next day. I held him with a blanket covering his feet. He growled. But she was shocked how soft his hair was and the tangles had loosened. Worked nicely, clippers would have been nice but didn’t want to push my luck. We did this twice, and one more time might do it. I don’t think this will happen again, cause his hair is very soft. Love it!

Great for humans, too!
It didn't work well on my cat's matted hair balls but I didn't want to waste it so I used it on my hair. I love it. It is the best conditioner for my hair that I have ever found. I have gray coarse hair and this has smoothed it out and still keeps the curls.

Good product, but only received half the spray
The conditioner spray worked very well to help detangle my cats fur. The only problem I had was the bottle came in the mail split open in a bag and half of the spray leaked out. So I only ended up with half a bottle.

No oatmeal, strong scent, but it does detangle.
Label claims it’s made with organic oatmeal, but none listed in ingredients, so misleading front label. Almond/vanilla scent would be ok if only it wasn’t so potent. Sadly, it is way too strong for my sensitive dog. Great if you are looking for a dog cologne. It was effective at detangling.

Highly recommend
I bought all of their products from their website. O couldn't find them on amazon at the time.Best product out there for dogs.When I give my dog a bath she smells good after the bath but most products wear off after the first day.When I use this line aussie stays smelling awesome.It also isn't a strong smell it smells natural and smooth. It's pretty amazing!
