I took melatonin in the past and after awhile it didn’t work. I became desperate because of my insomnia, so I thought I would give it another shot. Only this time following my drs advice. I started with this melatonin because I figured it’s not 5 mg and it’s not 1 mg your taking I felt I might need something in between which what this was. One night I took 1 spray. I was happy at first… fell asleep quickly and didn’t wake up till morning. Unluckily I was groggy and sleeping 2 more days and nights away. I tried it a second time. A few days-a week later. Same result. What I did next was get a dropper melatonin. Like for kids. And dosed myself with 1 mg of Melatonin after the other melatonin was out of my system. Which was about a week later… Result I fell asleep quickly and slept till morning but again groggy and slept another day away. Though this time it was 2 nights 1 day, compared to 2 days 2 nights. I tried again with the dropper melatonin a few days later though this time took 2-3 drops. End result and continued result… fall asleep within 30-45min. Sleep through the night. Wake refreshed and ready to go… Once you go 2-3 nights with restless to no sleep. That’s when you take the melatonin otherwise your body gets used to it. Though start with a low dose and work up as needed. Don’t make my mistake and sleep your nights and DAYS away.

This is the only product that keeps me asleep through the night. I hope it continues to work for years to come.

I’ve never tried the spray version of this stuff, I’ve only had the gummy versions. The gummies took a lot longer to kick in if at all. I’ve only needed 3 sprays then my a** is knocked out in like 30m to an hour. Sometimes it’ll take longer but it’s a lot better than naturally trying to fall asleep which is a pain most times. The aftertaste is a bit weird for my liking but it gets the job done. So far my tolerance hasn’t gone up & trying to keep it at 3 squirts, it’s been working.

This works but with the most recent ones I bought, I wake up with a headache.

This is the only brand that seems to work for me and my family ! Good value. Easy to use and works well! Taste is orange….. and you kinda get used to it ! We’ve used this for years !!! Go ahead and buy it !!!!
