I know I gave this review before, but this is the best probiotic I have tried, and I've tried many. I have always had a constipation problem and this keeps me regular as clockwork. Plus doesn't make you "gas-y" like so many others. I highly recommend them.

Good basic probiotic formula.
Renew Life seems to have revamped their line up of probiotics. This item seems to be the basic 30 Billion formula that used to be sent in a plastic bottle. Perhaps they have changed process plants or some such as they now come in a glass bottle. Meanwhile, the plastic bottle formulas have gone up from 30 Billion and significantly in price. Everything is still working OK for me taking this product.

I’ve been using this brand pro biotic for 10 years and really like it. This purchase was a surprise because the price came down significantly.

No stomach upset
Very good and easy on the stomach. Have been using this for two weeks now and feel great. Just recently purchased my second bottle. Great product.

I don't notice a difference yet
I don't notice any difference in digestion. I've noticed now that I'm older that my digestion is really slow. I feel hungry, but I'll still be burping and tasting my food through the whole day. I have to workout on an empty stomach because if I eat for energy, I just get tired instead. I'm trying new things to help move things along. Well I'll keep shopping for something that works.

Does the job
Ridiculously large bottle for such a small amount of pills. This company needs to revamp their packaging. Otherwise this product is useful.
