Please be careful! Im very glad that this worked for others. However for me it did not and I had to stop taking them immediately. It says to take 2 pills 3 times a day. I have ADHD so I just put it in with my morning and evening pills. The dumping effect takes hold within hours. I have IBS and Diverticuli. I took it for 2 days, so only 8 pills. The bm is like water. Very acidic and lots of mucus because everything *Flies* through you!!! And it also left me super nauseous. Between feeling super full super fast and not being able to eat, also things flying through with no absorption, I've been left feeling like absolute crap. I can't express just how careful you have to be. Im dehydrated despite constant water being drunk and I feel super weak like I'm deficient of everything.

This is a great product that will help speed up your detox or cleanse IF you're willing to put in the work. If your expecting a magical quick cleanse, this is not it. I stopped smoking as soon as I found out I needed to test, drank water all day, and worked out almost daily. By week two I was testing clean with home tests at a 50ml sensitivity (the standard level used by facilities for urine tests). Be prepared for the side effects...it does it's job of cleaning you out. I would recommend increasing water intake and electrolytes if your prone to dehydration like me. For me this product was essential in my detox. Good luck!

This cleanse has its positives and negatives. I have noticed a big increase in my energy levels and my focus. I have only taken it for three days and can tell a difference in how I’m feeling and my digestion has improved as well. The only downside is how much it makes you go to the bathroom and it can give you diarrhea. I have been taking only 2 capsules daily. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to do a good cleanse.

These pills are amazing! I felt the effects from the very first dose. My experience: I took one on an empty stomach in the morning, and about 4 hours after breakfast I was already going to the bathroom. Later I made the mistake of taking another one at 5pm not a good idea, as you can imagine 😄. I definitely recommend taking them early in the day. But one thing’s for sure: they really do cleanse you. Great product!
