I was recently diagnosed with POTS and have been figuring out ways to increase my salt intake to manage my symptoms. I have tried various electrolyte mixes, from well known brands to lesser known, and these are by far my favorite. There's no added sugar, while many companies add stevia, the sodium content is far above a lot of other options, and they are actually affordable considering how much salt intake I need. These taste deliciously salty, but with good flavor, while others I have tried tasted overly sweet, like they attempted to cover the saltiness. Compared to drinking water straight from the tap, I also actually feel like I'm being hydrated when I drink these. I ran out for a few days and noticed a severe drop in energy and increase in fatigue, so I can say with certainty that they really do help manage my POTS symptoms. While I am making my own electrolyte powder now, these are a staple and I will always have a few in my purse and car, as they are super convenient and easy to take when I start to feel shaky.

It's incredibly hot and humid where I live, which makes staying hydrated crucial. I have never been great about getting enough fluids. I ordered these sugar-free electrolyte packets to help stay on top of that. They are flavorful and taste great. Sugar-free drinks are hit or miss with me . . . These are definitely a hit. They are all packed with flavor and are a tasty balance of sweet and salty. I definitely had a favorite, though. I like the watermelon best. It tastes so much like my favorite sports drink. The lemon-lime was great, too, probably because it reminds me so much of a margarita. I really enjoy these drinks. I even keep a couple in my purse when I'm running errands, since it's easy to pick up a bottle of water anywhere and mix a packet in. It's such a quick, simple, and convenient way to get hydration on the go.

I get headaches very frequently and these help tremendously. I like these more compared to the LMNT ones because of price point and these have vitamin C in them along with everything else. A lot of the reviews complain that they are salty but that’s the whole point. The individual sticks recommended mixing it with 16 oz of water minimum but the more water the less salty they taste. I usually mix it into a 16.9 oz water bottle for easy use and although it is salty, it gets the job done.

I’ve tried several electrolyte powders, and these are some of the best. The flavors are great and not overly artificial, and they dissolve quickly without leaving a gritty texture at the bottom. Since they are sugar-free and high in sodium, they’re perfect for staying hydrated during intense workouts or hot days without the unnecessary calories. The individual packets are super convenient to toss in a gym bag or pocket. Highly recommend if you need an effective hydration boost.

I have POTS and these are amazing! The high sodium is perfect since my daily goal from my doctor is 2-4 grams. All the flavors are good, but the peach is my fav. They dissolve quickly and easily with no clumps.

Any taste or flavor is secondary because the very first thing you taste is salt. VERY salty tasting. Will be mixing with something else that is stronger flavor.

I love that it’s sugar free and zero calories, so I can use it daily without worrying about extra sugar. It mixes easily with water and helps me stay hydrated, especially on hot days or after being active. The individual sticks are also very convenient to carry in my bag. Overall, great quality and works very well.
