Huggies Pure Extra Care 8 Packs

I ordered these because the usual ones I get weren't available (different variant of Huggies) But I have to say - these are far better. They're a bit more expensive but they're great value and are of a higher quality. They're thicker wipes so aren't as easily torn when pulling them from the pack. Being thicker, they hold more moisture too. Which means they're more effective at cleaning. Being the extra care ones they're really gentle as well. No added nasties. Overall very happy with them and will continue to purchase these in future.

These wipes are really soft and gentle on the skin, perfect for everyday use with little ones. They’re strong enough that they don’t tear easily and stay moist in the pack. Great quality and a brand I keep coming back to.

I’ve tried several brands of baby wipes, but the Huggies Pure Extra Sensitive Wipes are the ones I rely on every single day. One of the biggest reasons I keep coming back to them is that they’re plastic free and pH balanced, which gives me peace of mind knowing they’re safe for my newborn’s delicate skin. The wipes themselves are nicely saturated and wet enough to clean thoroughly without needing to use several at a time, but not so soaked that they drip. They’re also exceptionally soft and gentle, which makes every diaper change a lot easier and more comfortable for my baby. I especially appreciate that they are fragrance free, because strong scents can be irritating, and I prefer products that are as natural and simple as possible. I bought the pack of 8, and it has been incredibly convenient. Being home with a newborn means even quick trips to the store are a challenge, so having a bulk supply on hand has made life much easier. It’s great value and saves me from running out when I don’t need to. Overall, these have become my go-to wipes, and I don’t purchase any others now. If you want something gentle, effective, and trustworthy for your baby’s skin, these are a fantastic choice.

I used to hate Huggies wipes. I got one pack when my baby was quite small, and I kept tearing little bits off the first wipes in the pack. 'Who has time for this when changing a poo-ey bum?' I thought to myself. Well, when my baby had a bit of conjunctivitis, I was out and about when it attacked and had no wool and sterilised water. So I popped out to Boots and bought Huggies Pure wipes, knowing that they had very few nasties compared to most other wipes, so I could wipe away the majority of the gunk while waiting to get home to clean her eyes properly. I was careful to find the lip of the first wipe in the pack and then pulled it out. From that point on, all other wipes in the pack came out cleanly, one at a time. When I got to the very end of the pack, the last few wipes stuck together, but we're talking, like, three wipes. I can deal with wastage of two or three wipes in an entire pack, personally. After using this pack of Huggies Pure wipes, and being thoroughly impressed by the thickness and wetness of the material, I realised what Huggies were by far the superior wipe on the market. I found I could use fewer wipes per nappy change (particularly the poo-ey nappy changes), because I could fold over a wipe once or twice to get more use out of it, unlike going through up to 10 Johnsons Extra Sensitive wipes on a particularly messy change. Converted, I quickly signed up for a subscribe and save on the Huggies Pure wipes. As my monthly delivery approached, I noticed that the Huggies Pure wipes were out of stock. So I signed up for these Huggies Natural Care wipes instead. And I'm glad I did, for two reasons. 1) The Natural Care wipe is the same material as the Pure wipes, have the same wetness factor, and pull out of the pack one-at-a-time cleanly like the Pure wipes. But they have a lovely, subtle naturally fresh smell (unlike Pampers Fresh Clean wipes whose scent is so overwhelmingly 'chemical' in nature that it makes me dry heave when mixed in a cocktail of poop). It's actually quite pleasant. The wipes still have no nasties in them, like the Pure wipes, and the only additional ingredients are aloe vera, vitamin E (tocopheral acetate) and a perfume. 2) The packaging on these wipes still have a sticky tab opening. I know, I know, the Pure wipes have a 'moisture lock' opening that is more like the plastic top openings on some preferred wipes brands (Pampers Baby sensitive and Tesco and Aldi own-brand wipes to name a few). But my baby has worked out how to open those tops, and if left unattended with a wipes pack, she pulls half the pack of wipes out before I can prise it away from her greedy, destructive hands. She hasn't quite figured out how to open the sticky-tab opening, so these wipes are safe for now. The picture of the baby on the packaging makes it easy for me to locate the tab, knowing as I do that it opens near the baby's head (I was constantly fumbling around looking for the opening on Pampers Fresh Clean wipes, as the entire pack has printed patterning that looks the same). I may try other wipes from time to time, but given how enamored I'm am with Huggies Natural Care wipes, I'm sure I'll be using these for years to come.

J'ai une utilisation un peu particulière de ces lingettes car je n'ai pas d'enfant mais un chat sans poil, c'est à dire un Sphynx. Pour les connaisseurs de cette race, il faut savoir que ces chats sécrètent énormément de sébum et qu'il est nécessaire de leur donner un bain. Cela étant, leur peau étant fragile, il n'est pas conseillé de les laver souvent, cependant ils ont tendance à laisser des traces marrons un peu partout sur les meubles ou drap c'est pourquoi j'ai opté pour une solution alternative, les lingettes et ces lingettes sont parfaites pour cela. Tout d'abord elles sont très épaisses, même si je n'ai pas essayé d'autres marques pour avoir vu des paquets contenant approximativement le même nombre de lingettes, les paquets Huggies sont largement plus épais donc j'en déduis que leur lingettes sont plus épaisses que certaines autres marques. Ensuite elles sont sans parfum ou autre ce qui est parfait pour mon chat car il a la peau très fragile et son épiderme est différent d'un humain. Et pour finir elles attrapent vraiment la saleté, je ne saurais comment l'expliquer mais le maillage de la lingette fait qu'elle nettoie vraiment bien. Pour comparaison j'ai déjà acheté des lingettes spécialement conçues pour animaux et quand je nettoie mon chat avec, la lingette est certes marron mais sans plus alors que quand je passe une lingette Huggies, la je vois vraiment toute la saleté de mon chat. Je n'ai pas à frotter fort, en plus j'ai juste à rincer la lingette pour faire un deuxième passage. En rinçant la lingette, je vois une grande partie de la saleté partir avec l'eau, on voit certes que la lingette a été utilisée mais je reste agréablement surprise par l'efficacité de celle ci pour attraper la saleté. Je ne sais pas pour quelle raison mais j'ai du mal à trouver ces lingettes en supermarché donc je suis contente de pouvoir les commander sur Amazon même si le prix peut varier. Pour conclure ces lingettes sont vraiment bien, mon chat ne fait aucune réaction allergique, elles n'ont aucune odeur et sont composées essentiellement d'eau. Cela me permet de lui faire une petite toilette rien qu'avec de l'eau sans utiliser de shampoing ou autre produit chimique et évite le passage au bain. Je ne peux évidemment comparer mon utilisation pour mon chat avec un nouveau né mais j'espère que mon avis vous aura quand même été utile.
