Honey-Can-Do SFT-01166 Soft Storage Chest, Black Folding Car Trunk Organizer

This is an excellent trunk organizer! It allows me to keep all sorts of supplies in my trunk but still have it looking neat and tidy. I also like the fact that it helps keep things upright, like bags of groceries. It also allows me to better utilize the space in my trunk and find things much faster than when they were all jumbled together. It folds easily and is quite compact when not full. It’s sturdier than I expected. The Velcro on the bottom keeps it in place. The mesh pockets are really handy for smaller items like chargers or jumper cables.

I purchased the Honey-Can-Do SFT-01166 Soft Storage Chest back in 2013, and I'm pleased to say that it has been a reliable storage solution for a decade. From the moment I started using this storage chest, I was impressed by its durability and strength. It is what I expected for the most part. I thought it came with a section to give support to the bottom, like those flat storage cubes you can pick up at the w and k marts. The lack of bottom support makes me forget that I've got breakable items. It stores a lot which is awesome cuz I practically live in my car working 2-3 jobs. I keep a camp pillow and blanket in one section, measuring gear, motorcycle gear for the weekend job, and art supplies. I got two, and that fills the trunk space of my renegade. They are easy to remove from the trunk, and the fact that they are collapsible means I can still haul stuff by flattening them down. I will be making a panel out of those yard signs so I can pack down one side and give support to the bottom.

I recognized the brand name on this, and that was the deciding factor on our purchase. I'm really pleased with the quality of the workmanship. It has some weight (you want a certain amount so it's not floppy), but not too much. It folds easily so it fits in the back of our small SUV, with easy access. The black color looks good in the cargo area, and this will keep things from sliding around for sure.

Trunk friendly and sturdy. Was sort of worried as many collapsible storage items tend to be flimsy. Worth the buy. Bought some time ago and still going well.

I bought this to store my cleaning products and tools in the trunk of my hotrod. It keeps everything organized and from sliding around inside the trunk. It is a little bigger than I expected it to be.

Very roomy, strong outer pockets. Stays put in cargo space. Only downfall is that the interior divider fabric is thin papery fabric and it ripped on the very first use.

A surprisingly sturdy organizer for my car trunk. It's a good fit (see pic), a good capacity, and stays in place. Definitely a winner. I decided my new car deserved a better way to store the various emergency supplies and tools I keep in the trunk: gas can, jumper cables, inverter, tire pump, flare kit, small toolbox, etc. I also like to be able to easily remove the whole batch of stuff when I have to load larger cargo. This organizer is the perfect size for my Jetta current-generation (MK6, which covers 2011-2015). It's the right width that 3 organizers could fit side-by-side length-wise, with some extra space at the end. The height is just (barely) short enough to not block the trunk hinges, and so I can reach over to store items in the extra space behind the wheel-wells. The organizer is better quality than I expected for the sub-$12 price I paid. The sides are semi-rigid, and the bottom (soft) seems reasonably sturdy. The handles are securely attached. The material didn't seem to strain under the 10-12 lbs I loaded initially (when I carried it around, normally I just leave it in my trunk). There's are 4 velcro strips on the bottom which keep the organizer in place if you have a carpeted trunk liner-- it didn't budge at all during a 200 mile RT with some brisk turns. Unfolded and empty, the organizer stays mostly open/upright on its own. The side (mesh) pockets don't have a lot of give, so they are only suited for small or flat item (cables, screwdriver, etc). I looked at a number of other similarly priced organizers here-- most were also black nylon-like material, but many had bad reviews on the material, sturdiness, and design. I'm glad I went with this one. A nice, neat way to organize the things you carry in your vehicle, and be able to easily remove them when the space is needed for something else. Highly Recommended

Cleaned up all the random things rolling around in my trunk into its bins. Honestly did not expect much from a trunk organizer at this price point but I am genuinely surprised at the quality, size, and how easy it was to set up/put away. I have at least 20Kg of stuff in the squares and it doesn't budge in my trunk at all with the velcro feet at the corners (great for cars with fabric trucks, not so much on metal or plastics). It also holds more a lot more than i assumed it could (4L washer fluid, 2 car amps about 1.5feet wide, 50 piece socket set, car paint canisters x2, 2 buckets for liquids, car soap, tire iron, sponges, towels) with room to spare still! I've used it pretty much constantly every day putting things in and taking them out of the organizer and it still looks like new.

Exactamente lo que necesitaba. Tamaño amplio pero no abarca todo el espacio en una cajuela. Realmente se puede mantener en una esquina o la parte posterior y se ve limpio y organizado. No es material endeble pero consideren no colocar productos dentro muy pesados como enceres grandes como varios galones de líquidos. No sería adecuado. Para lo general como bolsas, cables, juguetes y similares es perfecto
