Pretty sure because they haven't applied for it to be registered. If it is the exact formula as Tenacity, then Tenacity is only restricted in AK and PR. Will this kill Nimblewill?

Nimblewill is controlled by Meso4 SC but will require a second application. I have Copied a portion of the manufacturer's label below: WEEDS CONTROLLED USING POST-EMERGENCE APPLICATION: Make a second application of Meso 4 SC Select 2-3 weeks after initial treatment. For optimal control add a NIS-type surfactant and apply to young, actively growing weeds.
