Hands down Best magnesium for sleeping. I have to take cocktail’s of sleeping pills with sedative herbal tea to even get a little sleepy. Tried about 8-11 different types of magnesium supplements and nothing. Seem that magnesium made everyone sleepy except me until I tried THIS HEAVY HITTER. Even if I try to stay awake it is to no avail, specially if I take 3 magnesium pills with chamomile tea that has 3 bags. Great for hibernating for 10hrs or recovering from illness! Godsend. So happy to finally have a magnesium that works!
