Very Good Headset and Even Better Service from the Seller
I just received my headset. The headset is fairly comfortable, but I haven't tested the call quality as the 2.5 adapter they sent is defective. If you're buying it (as I was) in hope of using this adapter, I hope you have a better experience than I have had. I wish they could just send me a new adapter, as I'd like to test it fully.Boosting the rating to 4 stars based on the professionalism of the seller, who after reading this review, reached out and bent over backwards to make it right. After sending out 2 new adapters (and my buying one from a 3rd party re-seller), I determined the issue isn't the adapter, but (for whatever reason) the Panasonic handset not working with an adapter. Still, the seller didn't rest there. They sent me a direct connect version so I didn't need an adapter. It worked well and the calls were clear on both ends. The only challenge at this point is just the ear piece coming dislodged on occasion, requiring re-insertion during the call. If you don't move around the room while you're on a call, this probably won't be an issue.

not an in-ear earbud
Good noise cancellation. my callers say the sound quality is very good and they couldn't even tell I was in a car. However, I was disappointed in the sound quality on my end, but it has to do with the way this earpiece sits on the ear. You will notice I said "on the ear", not "in the ear". This is not an earbud. It does not "plug in" to the ear canal, but rather sits just on the edge of the canal. That is better than headphones, but not what I was hoping for. If I adjust and hold the earpiece so that the audio is going straight into the ear, the sound quality is great. But it will not stay in that position on its own.Why does no one make an actual earbud set with a boom mic?!?! They make them for landlines. Why not for cell phones?

This is a great little headset
This is a great little headset. The only feedback I'd give is that I wish it had a little more volume control. Since it sits on your ear lobe a bit it sometimes will move away from your ear more than you want, so you need it to either be more snug, or for more volume control. Given everyone has a different ear size, I would think more volume control would make more sense! The cord is also a little short, but not so short that it causes problems. Overall, for the price, it's a great headset and provides much better call quality than any Bluetooth headset I've used.

All corded headsets seem to be disposable.
Still working well so far. I prefer corded headsets for their simplicity and reliability, however there is always a trade off at the expense of longevity because the wires inside the cord will always eventually weaken and break. The sound quality of this headset is acceptable for both parties on a call even with freeway noise, but does not dampen wind noise when outdoors. Good value for what I paid, around $10 including shipping. It seems to be at least as durable as the several Cellet and Panasonic headsets under $10 I have owned and that failed after only a couple of months use.

XboxOne Support /w adapter !
For Xbox One use . PLEASE READ , the microphone will not work unless you use the adapter . the XboxOne uses " CTIA" which is 4 wires, 1.mic 2. ground 3. left spkr. 4. right spkr .Lots of cell phone mics use the "OMTP" which is wired 1.ground. 2.mic. 3. left spkr. 4. right spkr . You NEED the "OMTP to CTIA" adapter (not Ctia to omtp, make sure of that) which simply swaps the ground wire and mic wire location on the jack 》》 then your mic will work... I use to have one of these back in the day and was my favorite . so glad I found this cheap alternative

Excellent, but don't last.
5 stars because I like them - 3 stars becasue they don't last. I like that these headsets are wired and that they fit in one ear. I keep buying them because I like them. But note the "keep buying them" part. They don't last. And, I'm really not on the phone that much. I wish they were more durable. I buy a couple of new ones every 12 to 15 months.

Works for an iphone, not sure how to use the in-line button, fits a little loose
It works with my iphone 6.The image may be misleading... there is only one earphone / mic (not two as the image may be misleading). It does tend to grab on to your ear lobe pretty tight. And since it sort of hangs off your ear lobe, it wobbles a bit so you may need to hold it in place to have it sit in your ear for maximum volume.I have not been able to make the in-line button that's on the wire (for my iPhone)

Doesn't work for my ear
This is okay. I keep having problems with Blue Tooth, so I have reverted back to the wire. The piece that fits into the ear keeps moving, so I can't hear the person talking to me. Otherwise, they are okay. If this style of earphone fits your ear, then they should work. I just find I have to use the rubber insert earbuds to work with my ears.
