Refine Bamboo Tea Bag Organizer, 4 compartments 200 sachets high capacity wooden vertical storage solution for your tea bags, with display window

Overall a well-designed, well-built tea organizer. The compartments are sized to hold standard individual tea bag packets (Twinings, Bigelow, Stash) with just enough extra space for the packets to move freely. The specifications claim a capacity of 180 bags (45 per section). By alternating the direction of the bags, I was able to load 50 bags per section without crowding, for a total of 200.The organizer's packaging gives excellent protection from mechanical and moisture damage. The outer layer is a corrugated box with a picture of the item, a list of features, and care instructions. Inside the box 5/16-inch styrofoam sheets completely surround the item. The organizer is then wrapped in cellophane with two silica gel packs to keep it dry during shipping.The care instructions are worth noting. They suggest wiping the organizer with a cotton or microfiber cloth before use and as need afterwards. Before the initial use, I'd suggest using a clean but disposable rag to wipe all the edges your hands are likely to touch when you load or remove tea bags. The rag will pick up tiny fragments of wood that might otherwise become splinters in your fingers. This precaution is needed for most wooden items, so I'm not marking the organizer down.There is a slight wood smell when the cellophane is removed. This smell dissipates quickly.Loading the packets is a bit tedious. It's hard to control the position of the first dozen packets in each section because the lower edge of the display window gets in the way. Above that level you can reach into the section from the front to ensure that the packets are horizontal. I expect I'll refill when the level reaches the halfway point in order to avoid this problem.The removal slots at the bottom of the sections are the full width of the section, making it easy to pull out a packet. The slots are just high enough for one packet at a time to exit. Occasionally a wrinkled packet may need to be smoothed before it will fit. There is access both above and below the slot so you can do this easily.I'm pleased with this organizer for my own use, and I'm considering it as a holiday gift for tea-drinking friends and family.

I absolutely love this tea organizer! We are a huge tea family and it helps organize and beautifully display our teas and makes it easy to find the ones we want immediately. The only thing that bummed me out was the fact that I want to order another one or two for our home and they're out of stock 😔 will definitely be watching and waiting for more to be available as I have not been able to find anything equal in quality, functionality, and style.

Works well and seems to be good quality. Have only had it for one day so can't comment on durability but suspect there will not be any problems.

I love this tea bag dispenser. I especially like the channel at the bottom that allows room for you to reach your thumb and index finger in far enough to get a good grip on the tea bag to pull it out. I also like the durability and look of the bamboo wood. I’m also impressed with the quality of the woodwork that was put into this.

Love this!! It beautifully displays my tea and is super easy to refill and get tea out. It is so nice to have my tea organized in one clean little area.

I got this item and I didn’t realize until I started to fill it with tea bags I noticed that it was missing the little slide in and out shelve I’m very disappointed I ordered two of this items let’s see how the other one comes. If is complete or incomplete. They won’t be even one missing a part and the other one completed. Very unhappy

The display piece where you put the single tea bag to show what's in that column is as crooked as can be. Also very brittle easily breakable thin wood.

I loved this item, easy to store the tea bags, looks very nice the fact you are able to put a display bag for the kind of tea that it is.
